I went on a Friday and a time was had. The DJ put on some R&B and I was signing all night. The bartender Tiff was amazing and had great customer service. I gotta go back with my girlfriends for cocktails.

I sat in the bar area and my food was brought out to me. Jamie the bartender was very nice and made me feel very welcomed for my first time being there. I was there during happy hour, I will definitely be back

I placed my order on line at 7 and was texted that my order would be ready by 7:33. I got a text at 7:34 alerting me my order was ready. When I arrived at 7:40, my order was not ready. It hadn’t even been started! Allegedly, there was a glitch and my order ticket “didn’t come through.” I didn’t trip. I get that things like that happen with technology so once they found my order, I assumed they’d be speedy about getting it to me. WRONG!!!! I sat in that EMPTY vestibule for 40 minutes! The ONLY reason I did not walk out of there is because I had already paid. When my order was ready, I asked one of the girls, “what took so long?” Her calm and unapologetic reply was, “I have no idea.”
I have been to many Harold’s in my life and service was bad in a few of those instances, but nothing even comes close to the complete lack of respect and/or accountability that I experienced tonight! Not even ONE APOLOGY! These 3 girls just stood there talking amongst themselves while the cook just looked at me as he took his precious time. It’s like they were TRYING to be jerks ON PURPOSE!!!

Karaoke is on Thursdays, and they have happy hour from 2 to 7, I believe, every Monday to Friday. The chicken is absolutely delicious—it comes out fresh and hot. However, I have a few issues with the servers. They are new and seem to lack the necessary training. Additionally, the restaurant has a strong, unpleasant smell in the eating area. It’s quite unpleasant while trying to eat. If premade drinks are being served, please inform the customers. We should have an option to purchase. Overall, on Thursdays, the crowd is decent, the karaoke is fun, and the food is good.

Food is ok. Be sure to check your order before you leave. The cooks don’t know how to follow instructions. On at least several occasions my orders were not full field correctly. I know to check my orders before I leave. Either they can’t read the order ticket or they are high off something. Just a heads up.

I had an amazing time at Harold’s Sports Bar& Gaming! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere screamed “game day.” The multiple large screens placed perfectly throughout the bar make it easy to catch all the action no matter where you’re sitting. The energy was electric, with fans cheering and celebrating. This spot is perfect for any sports enthusiast.

My girlfriends and I were looking for somewhere to stop and have a few drink’s, so we visited Harold’s Sports Bar and Gaming. The service we received was just like the drinks we were served “top shelf.” The atmosphere was calm and the food was delicious. We will definitely be back.
