I spent $75 and the fish was not done. When I took it back I ask to trade for their tea. The man behind the counter told me no because the tea is $7.00. I just feel if a customer is telling that there food wasn’t right you should accommodate that customer. I will never eat here again.

I am so happy to have a Harold’s out west!! A Southside native and Harold’s connoisseur I have not been disappointed. The store is clean, bright and inviting. The menu is full, and not limited. Every item I’ve ordered has been in stock. The food has been fresh, hot and not refried. They also have steaked and filleted catfish!! Authentic . The customer service team has been pleasant and friendly. They are also open late!! Everything I’ve experienced has been positive. While parking can be limited, I have been able to pull right up with no issues. I highly recommend!!

I went to Harold’s for the first time. I tried the 10 piece legs and thighs. It was over fried and the pieces were very small. I tried to order Cole slaw too but they were out of it, the fried mushrooms and zucchini were pretty good though. I would recommend them if the chicken pieces were normal size and not overcooked

Food was not good definitely not representative of the authentic Harold on the Southside of Chicago. When I ordered my chicken the server was like I don’t have any lemon pepper. What kind of restaurant don’t have seasonings. Once I got my food I noticed that everything was separate and the fries didn’t have any sauce on them. What kind of Harold’s serves their food separately!!! Never this is a sharks chicken masquerading as a Harold’s. Will not be returning!!

I ordered some Catfish filet through doordash and for $15.00 you only get 2 pieces with no drink, I thought when I ordered last time I had more than two pieces, come on now. I am good last time I will never order from this restaurant again
