First of all hospitality was amazing, so friendly and attentive. Food however is not the greatest, most of our table had fried foods and everything was very oily and clam cakes had maybe one clam each inside. Oh and the chicken pot pie is not a pie. It’s a soup. Four stars for the customer service though.

Tracy and Diane are awesome. Food was excellent. Bobby at the bar was cool. I had chicken and it tasted exactly like chicken, not some other thing…like a frog or something. My wife and brother also ate and liked their meal. We will be coming again…and again.

I will say the food is always great, the music was bad but the wait staff is horrible. They seam not to be busy at all every time we go. So I’m sure getting experienced staff is a problem. But the last waitress we had was out in left field. She had a difficult time explaining the specials so she gave us her notes, that’s a first for me. (Please print specials out) Also had a hard time keeping up with only serving two tables a 2 top and 4 top. The girl bussing was more attentive. We had one good waitress in all the times we have went and she seams not to work there anymore. Which is a shame but understandable with lack of costumers.

I have been going to this restaurant for several years. In the beginning it was very good. Good service and good food. Unfortunately, I have gone on one too many occasions where the service was poor, and the food was unacceptable. My fiance has dug in his heals and refuses to go anymore. I have filled out the complaint card and I’ve spoken to the owner directly. Tonight, I went back with a friend who is from out of town and has in the past loved the salads. Tonight we went after a long day and her salad had greasy steak in it and she was initially charged $32 for the salad! My beloved pizza wasgreasy aswell! I won’t be back! Too bad!

My wife and I have been going here off & on for several years now. We went back the other night, and was very disappointed that our $10.50 martinis were only 3/4 full. After we finished them, were were asked if we wanted another, I said if they were only gonna be filled to the top. The bartender said ” well, that’s how we make them here” Our food was expensive, and my portion was small. This restaurant has become more about the money, and less about it’s patrons. Too bad, I use to like coming here. Even had a few gatherings here, including my daughter’s conformation party. Not any more. Won’t be going back. The owners should think things over.

I went here about a yr. ago & before they changed the name & owners? It used to be Chester’s. The service was friendly, the food was good & had a good variety. My friend & I were very pleased & we wanted to go back for the Dinner for Two- as it seemed like a good deal. We had gone in for Dinner at night. This time we stopped in near the end of Lunchtime & a bit too early for Dinner- but we were hungry for something & we were in the vacinity, so we stopped in there again& noticed the name had changed. We had ordered 2 appetizers- ( mozzarella sticks & loaded potatoes) & 2 sodas, & because we ordered those-we were told we qualified for the Free soup & bread at the soup station. Nice. That day they had Creamy Chili & Italian Wedding Soup. This place has a separate bar, behind the small main dining room, as well as a few separate Function Party /Meeting Rooms w/Fireplaces & French Doors- & a Soup Station for Lunch in the Main Dining Room with a Fireplace & Lunch & Dinner Specials in addition to the reg. menu & a Wine & Beer List. We will probably go back for the dinner for 2 soon- even though it is a bit different & they have a new menu. Call ahead for Dinner for 2- I forget which days they do that & the time slot.

Over priced food for the basic quality. The waitress was handling the bar and dining room so the level of service wasn’t that good, although she did great for being over worked! Another table complained that their food was too spicy so know it wasn’t just us.
