Great food and friendly service. We stopped for a quick lunch as we had just visited a local cave and didn’t know the area. Service was fast, tables were clean and had plenty of space to sit. Great specials! Definitely go back if we are ever down that way again. Great old time dinner feel.

I really enjoyed my breakfast here. The pancakes were delicious (homemade). We had to detour to get there but it was so worth it. I would totally recommend this diner. The service was awesome and our order came out very quick.

Had lunch here with my wife. We both had the roast beef special. The food was really good and satisfying. The service was great. She kept our water pitcher full for us.

Was here a few months ago for breakfast and over the years have been here for supper. Food has not always been real consistent, but I have never had a bad meal. Every time I have been here the staff have been friendly enough. The only bad experience I had had nothing to do with the restaurant but someone letting their kid run wild. There was music that night, but was ruined by that kid. I was afraid he would run into a waitress when he ran around the corner.

Would have rated it higher but I learned sometime after I went there the first time the owner (the woman) likes to talk a lot about her customers in a negative way when they leave. Gossip queen kinda stuff. The husband is really nice though. The food isn’t bad but given its a small town and the owner will talk about you after you leave is enough for me to never return…

Homey restaurant tucked away in rural SE Minnesota. Staff were friendly and the food was simple but good. You’ll find staples as well as nice special options that seem like they changed daily. Easy to recommend if you are passing thru, and a no brainer for the locals (who obviously love the place and carried om as youd expect, with the staff and one another. I consider this place a gem. Side note: pancakes were exceptional, for those flapjack afficionados.

Probably one of the most uncomfortable experiences at a restaurant. The food was very similar to eating at a school. Eat it only if you are starving. Waitress was not interested in us at all. Had to ask for a menu and was met with a annoyed stare. Harmony house = No Harmony.
