Our Michelin-trained chef, Jevgenija Saromova, crafts seasonal menus inspired by our micro-farm, orchard, and the bounty of Lake County. Each dining experience features seven courses, seven wine pairings, and one intimate communal table — designed to bring people together for an unforgettable night where soil, soul, and season come together in perfect Harmony. We also offer private dinners, holiday events, farm-to-jar products, curated gift items, and immersive culinary experiences on our scenic agricultural property.

Harmony is truly a dining experience in every sense of the word. We were warmly welcomed by Mara and Chef Jevgenija Saromova in their wine cellar before dinner, where we enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine to begin the evening — an intimate and memorable touch that immediately set the tone.
This seven-course experience was something I had never had the pleasure of doing before, and it exceeded every expectation. We chose the wine pairing and were served seven beautifully curated wines — both red and white — each thoughtfully matched to its course. One standout was a wine from Slovenia, another first for me.
The service was outstanding. Mara’s storytelling and detailed explanations about each wine added so much depth to the evening. Learning how each pairing complemented the food made the experience feel even more special and immersive.
Chef Jevgenija is incredibly talented, and you can truly see and feel her love for food in every dish she creates. Each course was artfully presented and layered with flavor, but the Quail & Poulet Rouge with Wild Mushrooms and Jerusalem Artichoke was absolutely unforgettable — a standout among an already extraordinary menu.
