Another friday, another pizza. Checking out Harleysville Pizzaria. This looks like a nice walk in shop. Right in the Shops of Harleysville. Went for the usual large chicken parm pizza. This pizza has a thick sauce and cheese layer. It looks like the pie had a bit of grease on top but we let it cool a little so it was ok. It was cheese heavy. The sauce was on the savory side of the spectrum. The chicken here was big chunks and had a nice spread. Overall I give this pie a 7.2. The chicken is the best component. The slices here looked pretty good. Worth checking out.

I assume they are good because it was crowded but that was not my experience. They lost my order so they had to remake it (taking another 30 minutes) after I got there to pick it up. One pizza had barely any toppings on it and was burned. Not even an apology or an attempt to make it right. I’m not going back.

Terrible, we ordered delivery from here and they forgot both toppings on our pizza and our pizza and the sandwiches were ice cold. The pizza tasted like a can of tomato soup poured on pizza crust. Did not answer phone calls when we tried to call after delivery. You can get a lot better pizza around here. Would. Not. Recommend.

I’ve always ordered from Harleysville Pizza and been happy with their pizza and sandwiches. My order tonight was so bad that I’ll never go back. Pizza and sandwich arrived stone cold. The Brooklyn pizza had none of the toppings that we ordered, and had so much sauce that the underside was sopping wet, soupy and inedible. The eggplant tasted like it was a week old, with globby, gluey cheese. Plus the delivery fee. I feel ripped off.

It’s a combination of many restaurants with a very good ambience and amazing food. We ordered a combo and it was worth every penny and correct amount for each person. Before meal and after meal short drinks are also available. They are also affordable.

Always liked the food but tonight my takeout order was incorrect and they also added a surcharge for cc payment. I let them know I was disappointed, and they said they would notify the kitchen. Unfortunately, they didn’t resolve their mistake. Very disappointed and I won’t be going back.

I rarily give bad reviews because I honestly think most people are just having a bad day etc. After multiple years of ordering from this place, it keeps going downhill. Every time in the past year, and I mean every single time I’ve ordered they forget to make or give part of the order. They have no idea how to read Slice orders. One time they delivered to the house and yelled at my son for not giving a tip when I put 20% on the app in front of our entire family at his birthday party. Zero apology from the driver. They rarely apologize for errors. There also never seems to be anyone really running the place just teenagers. My son worked in food service and I know how hard it can be, I haven’t complained in 3 years but I hope something is learned from this review so they can improve. We’re taking our business elsewhere and it’s a shame because we’ve ordered once a week every week for 3 years.
