I was driving down to get some coffee and saw this little food truck outside green thumb farm stand. My wife and I decided to give it a try. Hands down the best Tuna I’ve ever had. This place knocked my socks off. I would have never expected such quality and freshness. Definitely a hidden gem and will certainly be coming back again.

Just pulled into Green Thumb on Montauk Highway in Water Mill and noticed this cute little food truck selling Poke Bowls and decided to give it a try. I had the rice, spicy ahi, ginger scallion ahi, all the toppings and avocado. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! The tuna was very fresh and had just the right amount of spice. The flavors came together perfectly and the bowl was prepared quickly and I was on my way. There are also some picnic tables in the shade, maybe next time. Already planning my next visit!
