I wanna love Hardee’s, the Buffalo one use to be decent but today was my last day to give them a chance. Curly fries were rock hard & tasted of old oil. Kinda seemed like they were old & thrown back into the fryer for a minute to fake being fresh. Chicken strips tasted freezer burnt & dry. Should’ve just gone to McDonald’s. $15 wasted, won’t go back.

Not only took 30 minutes from order time to actually getting food but forgot my French fries too. And charged me for a full meal. Ordered a five piece and got tiny little bites. $12.02 for literally a kids meal and didn’t even get the fries.

The best Hardee’s Burger I ever had in my life! It unfortunately was not the all American picnic Burger like what I have pictured. It was the other special. There where jalenpenos that were fried and a spicy sauce. It was beyond any Burger I’ve had in my life, from Albuquerque to way out to to Eastern Washington. Should’ve gone to McDonald’s!!! Fried chicken sandwich was soggy and swimming in mayonnaise. Ordered a large fry to share, however, it was about half full and also soggy and undercooked, full order includedin picture. The burger was good. Food took way too long considering there was just 1 person in front of us and no one else arrived until 10 minutes after we ordered. A vehicle in the drive thru was waiting longer than us. The manager was in a bitchy mood for no reason. Copped an attitude over us asking for ketchup. They added mayo to a burger that was specified at order no mayo. When brought back they switched the bun yet mayo remained all over the tomato and lettuce of the burger. Cook and manager are worthless. Taydain the cashier made sure our orders were correct, delivered everything with utmost kindness. He is the ONLY staff member responsible for any stars given to this location. We were there for 2 hours trying to get orders correct.
