The morning ladies were nice and friendly came in for some chicken tenders. Food was good. Service was all right. We know how fast food is so I can’t say anything about the mid shift or the late night shift. But I will say that the morning ladies were nice and friendly my food was accurate and my order was correct.

Stopped by Hardee’s in Gillette, WY. The mushroom burger was really good and flavorful. The spicy chicken sandwich tasted good too, though it was a bit overcooked.

Went inside. The team lead making food did not have gloves on and was wiping his hands on his pants then picking up food with bare hands to make sandwiches. Only one inside had to wait for him to make drive thru food as that was priority over lobby. Prep table was littered with food and team lead was rude. Requested money back and left, McDonald’s was clean and knew what they where doing.

I went through the drive up the employees were throwing fries at eachother and they went through the window into my pickup, they were so terrible to talk to that i drove away without my food. I called the manager she said sorry and hungup on me.

The manager had to constantly be on top of her crew. Didn’t enjoy this place. Front counter gal didn’t greet us, had to tell her we were waiting to order… Prices don’t align with the food portions… I ordered a hot ham sandwich, and there was nothing hot at all. Very cold. Bathrooms require a code for usage… you will have to hunt down the front counter crew for code.

When I walked in it really wasn’t that clean and after I saw a pile of uncooked bacon in plain view I ended up taking mine off the Frisco I ordered. Also the floor was all sticky. Wished I had waited till I got to Buffalo, Wyoming before eating. Very disappointed overall

Well, they asked me to write a review when they handed me my order so here goes: I just paid $3.75 for a large order of fries. When I say this order was small, I’m not painting the right picture. At best, this would’ve been a medium order elsewhere but probably closer to a small.
I understand it’s fast food and nobody made me go there, but you can be assured it was my LAST time giving Hardees any money. To add insult to injury, I asked if they had dropped the fries in the last 5 min and was assured they had. They came out the window luke warm, so even the employees struggle to take care of the customer.
Just be warned you will be disappointed if you purchase food here. I hate McDonalds but would’ve preferred an order of their fries and the quantity would’ve justified a $3.75 price tag.
Shame on you, Hardees.

Terrible location. Floors, tables, windows all sticky. Your shoes stick to the floor and make an awful sound. Bathrooms are locked with number codes. I tried 2 times with the number given to me by staff, and once with a number given to me by another customer…unable to access restroom. chicken sandwich patty was burned and half the size of the bun. fries were soft and cold. staff appearance was messy hair and wrinkled uniform. poor quality everything. demolish this restaurant and rebuild or sell this place. just awful all around. huge potholes in parking lot and drive through too. This is a 10 million dollar location with a 1 star store.
