We don’t eat out much, but if we do we look here quick. You can almost bet when certain employee cars are in the parking lot (white Cadillac suv) it’s 15/10 and any other time? 10/10. Long story short they’re great people, great food, they’re always cleaning!

Absolutely terrible! Will never go back to this Hardee’s! Literally all the burgers were cold! Then they didn’t give us any of our fries. Told them 3 times how many fries we had and still got it wrong. My brothers order also all cold burgers… didn’t get their fries had to ask for them. Also didn’t get their drinks. Now I know people can literally not be that stupid. If you don’t want to do the job don’t work there. Stop wasting your employers money!

The food is usually pretty solid if you go during the day. But if you work nights and try to get food here later as it’s “24 hours” good luck. I’ve tried 3 separate times and different nights to make an order, only to be told “Our system is down and will be for the next hour”. Once , i get it. Twice, thats a little suspicious but three separate nights all at different hours ? Nah looks like the graveyard shift got a cheat code to not have to do anything.

Arrived there about 945pm was going to go in and get a order to go and was rudely told the lobby was closed had to go through drive thru went to speaker no one answered stood there for maybe 5 minutes went back to truck and drove the truck and trailer through the drive thru that was why I didn’t want to go through drive thru my truck is big and long waited seemed like forever and ordered hot ham and cheese We got food and took one bite and threw it out the window the cheese wasn’t melted on our hot ham and cheese the sandwich was cold. It is crazy to pay y’all’s prices and can’t eat the food

These employees must have good management or at least work well as a team. I’ve really never had any serious issues. Sometimes the drink is wrong but that happens at every restaurant chain. Always clean inside. Parking is easy. Even school buses have a spot.
The drive can be very slow at times so if you’re in a hurry you might want to go elsewhere.

Come up with a more sufficient way of dealing with doordash orders, (particularly when the doors are locked) there is no reason for someone to have to wait 20+ minutes for an order that should already be completed and ready to be picked up. I was told tonight that because I didn’t “stop at the speaker” I had to pull up and wait for the 3 vehicles behind me to be completed. No way!! Doordash pays per order and this particular order paid $4. I am not waiting in line for another 20 to 30 minutes on top of the 15 I already waited for a $4 order!!! I was at the window already!! Order should be done and ready to pick up!! Fix this please!!
