I normally would.give this Hardee’s a 5 star. I have been eating there every day now for lunch or supper sense my son wrecked his car and it is tbe closet place to his apartment and we are walking. Today (the morning after.my dad died) we decided to go get breakfast there… the woman working the register and taken orders was very rude to my son. She asked him if he wanted coffee ‘ he said yes and asked her if they had creamer snd sugar…she was very rude and ugly about it. I ordered a grill cheese breakfast sandwich expecting my cheese to be melted sense that is how grilled cheese is suppose to be. My cheese looked like it came from the refrigerator on.to my sandwich..so I took it up there.wantng my cheese melted. The woman got very rude.
Wasn’t nice at.all.said she could microwave wave it but complained the entire time that they are not suppose to use the microwave. Well why have it if you cannot use it. Long story short
.I would rather eat dry cereal at my son’s apartment then go back to that Hardee’s again for breakfast. I think i held my composure very well this morning with her being it was the morning after my dad died..and I am still holding my composure. Also
I did tell her I would be writing up.a report on her. What I don’t know is her name
But everyone there knows who it was. Dear Hardee’s owner. I followed the link below dn tried to fill it out but the calendar thing on the questions isn’t working. How else can you be reached?

This is my first time in a Hardee’s in many years. I was really curious if I would like the food, but it was the “experience” that caught me off guard. With that said, it was my encounter with the staff that prompted this review.
The two employees who took care of my order at the counter were awesome. They handled themselves so incredibly well. They treated me the way a business owner would if they were behind the counter. That is so rare.
I set down away from the counter and ate my breakfast. As the minutes passed and customers filtered in and out, I could hear several employees talking to them and each other and it was just, wow.
These types of employees are not common in fast food. I hope the owner/district manager or whoever is in charge recognizes just how blessed they are to have them.

Order chicken tenders, hot and fresh from a to go container that has been in the heat lamp for god knows how long. Apparently they don’t make fresh chicken after 8:30pm… No refund straight into the trash.

Lady that rung uo my order was really nice but I waited 15 mins for a HOT ham an cheese and a large curly fry.my ham and cheese was not hot the cheese didn’t melt its cold af…..the fries were not filled up like they should have been and I got more reg fries than I did curly. Two crew members acted like they were about to fight while making my order I love Hardee’s so much and it kills me that every single one I been to in the central lil rock area let’s me down on something….how do you mess up a hot ham and cheese….if they don’t wanna work there they can go bum change on the off ramp right outside

Wasn’t greeted or asked if I would be helped. That was fine because the menu is not what I remember. I recall Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr having similar items. Not sure what was going on here.

Im giving 5 stars, not for the food, but because the young black gentleman was going to read the entire menu for me since the drive thru sign was out. Apparently they had a power outage! So because this kid cared, that’s what mattered to me! That kid will go far if he keeps that attitude!

The past two visits have been fantastic! First visit for blueberry lemon pies. Mouth watering. Second visit a cinnamon tile. Fresh and HOT! The employees are always friendly. Thanks for being there and keeping the place open & fresh!

We were traveling through, coming from the Ft Smith (AR) area on our way to Shreveport (LA), and got here at 7:54 pm, and the door says that they close at 10 pm. We went in, and everything was packed up like they were closed, so we asked them if they were open and if we could eat in. There was an employee sitting at a booth in the corner and a guy charging his cell phone sitting at a table, but no one else was in there. The employee looked at us and told us she “guessed” we could dine in “if you had to” but then stated “if you eat here, though, you better not make a mess, because we’re not cleaning that lobby again.” I would understand if they were about to close, but they’re still open another 2 hours. The lobby wasn’t even clean! The booths had greasy looking stuff smeared on the seats, and there was trash under a few of the tables. The drink machines were shut off, so they had to turn them on so we could get sodas (or refills). We ordered and got our food fairly quickly. The burgers were phenomenal–although they gave me 2 top buns instead of a top and bottom. The burgers were prepared correctly and were hot and fresh. The fries were hot but were somewhat soggy and limp (but tasted great). We had three large fries, and the employees would only give us 4 packs of ketchup. If the employees weren’t rude, this would have been a 5 star meal.
