When I first arrived, I had to wait to be helped even though there was no one in front of me to order. Then no greeting and no up sell. I was using a coupon for a Superstar burger. I ordered it with just cheese and ketchup. The bun must have been old because it was tough to eat. It was also smaller than the burger patty. The burger was sloppily put together. Fortunately the chicken tenders were good. I had also ordered a strawberry lemonade. I wasn’t asked what size I wanted. I had expected a large cup because I had just seen someone else’s lemonade in a large cup. But my cup was smaller. The cashier had an attitude when I asked for the dipping sauce that I had already ordered, but wasn’t in my bag. The customer service was rather disappointing.

My husband said his burger was good. My meal was quite possibly the worst food I’ve ever eaten in my life anywhere. The rootbeer was flat and tasted low on syrup. The French fries were over salted and tasted like they had been sitting on a warmer for awhile. The chicken fingers were over cooked and super dry. But the toast was by far the worst. I actually involuntarily spit it out because there was so much garlic salt on it. I have a picture of my tongue as proof as to how disgustingly over salted it was. You can even see mounds of salt on the toast in the picture.

I hadn’t been to a Hardee’s in ages and was so happy that curly fries were back…until my order of large curly fries came out. There were mostly pieces of or short fries, felt like I’d got the bottom of the bag of fries put in the fryer. I took them back to the counter and explained how I felt about these fries to the person who had taken my order. His response…was to return to making orders, no comment or acknowledging me. After about 5 minutes I went back and talked to another person. While they made me a new order. They weren’t that much better-at least they were hot. Last time I come through Hardee’s for a while

The food was average but they weren’t very busy so we just got their left over fries that ended up being kind of cold and soggy. The lady working the counter was extremely friendly and very kind to us and kept telling us to enjoy our night. The place was mostly clean, not a lot of condiment or drink options. We came here only cause it was close and most other places were closed by the time we made it into town.

food was fine I asked what was ready was told tenders but had to wait for them to cook. Lady at register very nice lady working line older blondish gray hair with a barrette was eating fries from the fry area while bagging orders when I asked if my food was ready she yelled minute and a half then slammed my chicken down. Was grossed out by her eating fries threw food away. This is a health and hygiene issue.

Dead fly in food, buyers beware!!!!! I would Heavily advise not going here. Not only did they not have the food on the menu, bad tasting hashbrowns, but there was also a dead fly in my sandwich. A Total waste of time and money Let alone utterly disgusting.

Normally enjoy this place but this last time I only got 1 patty on my double burger and there was a bug on my chicken. With the nature of my job I couldn’t get back there so I threw them out. Won’t go again.
