I come through often as I’m a trucker and need a place to eat and a nice warm meal. Well I’m always in on overnights and I don’t know how you spell his name hakanu or something like that is always rude blaring loud music and the foods always cold and 8 hours old.. buns are never toasted. And he just seems like he never wants anyone there.. terrible customer service

Blake has the best personality, I was a customer and he is just so cheerful, then the guests behind me were a woman with two kids, the kid had a picky order and Blake verified with him that he rang it up right, he interacted with those kids in such a manner that you know he would be the cool dad!!!! Way to be Blake we need more people like you

Extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The staff was inattentive and seemed more interested in goofing off than providing any kind of decent service. The food was undercooked, and the portions were much smaller than usual. It’s clear they’ve hired a group of young kids who don’t care about the opportunity they’ve been given or the impression they leave. They were swearing openly in front of customers and acting like nothing mattered. Even worse, they refused to properly serve locals who appeared to be around their own age. This experience was a huge letdown and not what I expect from Hardee’s. A complete lack of respect! Picture attached shows the empty register for over 10 minutes! While voices and slander are heard from the kitchen.
Update management has reached out to me ensure me that the problem has been taken care of an offer to make things right you couldn’t ask for a better service or attention from management. I hope that this review and or update reflects that.

Canteen Adventures
Food tasted like it had been sitting around for hours, the person who waited on me at the drive through was all over the place…when I went to ask for a dipping sauce to go with my chicken..the guy was gone. He was also trying to run the inside store too, so I just left. Gross food, tiny portions,not fresh at all, and charged too much and just a bad experience at this particular location.

When I walked in I had to wait for the employees to finish their verbal argument before they would help me, then when I got my burger it was thrown together with sandwich bread?? WTH? It was also completely cold and disgusting. I used to stop here once every week or two but haven’t been out this way for quite some time now. I definitely won’t be back after this one. Nasty so called food was thrown in the trash along with $11.

Caehier was great taking my order but whoever is the sandwich maker mustve been high or trying to be funny. The sandwich bread is inside out and then its some kind of white substance on the crust and wrapper thats not on the sandwich. Im not eating this. TRASH

Very clean! Service was fantastic! Man named Dave helped us, was real nice, & got our order perfect. Compared to other fast food places where employees seem like they hate their job and can’t wait til customers go away, Dave kept a smile and nice attitude. Quite refreshing! Definitely recommend this place!

Normally this place has good service. Today (2:25pm-ish) i walk in to order a sandwich. I’m ready i know what i want. Cashier tells me “one moment”. Me: Ok no worries. Some foreigner(who barely speaks English) walks in from outside steps in front of me(as I’m right here) to order and the cashier begins to take his order!!! Seriously? Whaaa! I walked out. I’m not gonna support a business that would tolerate that kind of behavior!
