This Hardee’s location has been lacking on food quality every time I go. Fries were cold. Chicken sandwich was dry and hard. Double cheeseburger, dry. They also forgot to include all my food items, so I had to turn around and go back. I was the only person in there, but still stood there for some time before being acknowledged. I go to Hardee’s on L street often and they are good. This is only a review for the 144th st and 180 location. Totally bummed.

My cheeseburger wasn’t enjoyable, my bread was burnt on the top & the rest of the bread was hard & crispy. The chicken wrap barely had sauce, didn’ t really enjoy that either. My curly fries were good & fresh. Service wasn’t that great. I feel like it was a waste of money!

Everything was good at this place. I enjoyed it very much. Lady behind he counter understood everything at first try. The food was delicious. Maybe I would like to see flavors for the coffee. Carmel preferably. Ah the place was squiky clean. Before I forget, I rally appreciate the truck parking, so much that I’ll stay here all day to have Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Slowest counter clerk ever. It took nearly 20 minutes to get a burger & fies. Really? Two customers ordered more food after me and received their food promptly. What a joke.

This particular location is amazing the staff is great the lady who I presume to be the manager goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and get what you need or answer any questions I have I live in Lincoln and unfortunately don’t get the same service but that is not at all my complaint lol could you please tell the Lincoln location to stop being STINGY with the fries lol like they do not fill a large fry up at all I might as well get a kids fry for less and I’m paying like $30+ for my orders they could give a little more :/ it’s new and there’s not even a number or page on google for it yet so I thought this would be my best bet lol again you guys are great thank you please help Lincoln

Very very slow. Average wait is 10 minutes, but do not be surprised if you end up waiting there for 15 minutes. The burgers are okay, tend to be a little on the dry side. The fries to be brutally honest are just not good. Dried out and too salty. If I didn’t have a family member who really loves their burgers, I would never go there. It is odd because Carl’s jr. Is supposed to be pretty much the same restaurant but they do a much better job. EDIT: Dropping this down to 1 star. Take a look at the photo… does that look like an acceptable 3 piece chicken tender set? I don’t have extraordinarily large hands mind you. That would be small if it were a kid’s meal.

John is by far the best shift leader I’ve ever encountered…. If your having a bad day just let him take your order and you will be smiling by the time you leave….. He went above and beyond to fill our order and the sweet tooth that went along with it…. Thank you for an amazing experience… Will definitely be going back….
