Went in two weeks ago on my way to Emporia for my kid’s college orientation and campus visit. It’s a five hour drive for us so by the time we arrived at 9:30 we were tired and hungry. Restaurant doesn’t close until 10, if it’s fast food that’s plenty of time to prepare my order and still close up on time. We walk in, they’re changing the order boards around to breakfast. They ask do we need to see the menu, yes because we intend on ordering. They turn a few back around and I say, stop, we are just ordering chicken strips. He stops and informs me we will have to take it to go because the lobby is about to close. Your lobby closes at 9:35, odd. Then he talks to the kitchen, they’re changing only have two chicken strips. At that I said thanks but no thanks, because at 30 minutes to close I am not accustomed to being told what to eat based on the old food hanging out in the kitchen. So we left and won’t ever be back. We have plenty of choices for crappy food in emporia.

Not that great I had order a breakfast biscuit I had order a biscuit with cheese and sausage and bacon and went to sit down with my husband when I open my meal they gave me a biscuit with no bacon so went up to tell them and ask them it doesn’t have bacon so I waited for another one and this time they gave me no sausage no cheese just bacon then I said to them dang ya’ll don’t know how to make an order I had told that girl it was bacon,sausage,cheese biscuit no egg so then they gave me another one so I took to the table where I sat down and open it now I got pist so now it was with bacon ,cheese,sausage, with egg biscuit so my husband says give me the egg so that’s what I did no more go to that Hardee’s. While they weren’t not doing nothing just on there cell phone’s.

This Hardee’s usually has really good biscuits. today very odd taste and not the good golden buttery taste at this location. Dried out with not butter borderline burnt. Had to throw away $8 because nasty weird taste and dry. Too bad I can’t share the taste with the owner and watch them spit it out as unacceptable as I had too
