It is nice to have a restaurant located so close to the highway. Consistent menu choices as with other Hardee’s locations. I had a hard time hearing the employee who waited on me, and the drink and condiment area was in poor array with missing items and trash on counters. Otherwise, would have given 5 stars

It’s what I got for a small combo. The cashier stomped desperately because more cars were arriving by drive thru. Terrible customer service.
Now understand why looking for smiles faces to work there. The guy in the kitchen made my burger very good except for the fries that I didn’t get.

We stop there almost every time we go to see our family, we have never had a bad experience there before, until this time. There was a home basketball game and it is hunting season, so obviously there was a need for multiple workers. There was probably 15 people in front of us when we ordered, so we were waiting quite a while, which at first was understandable. But when the people that ordered several minutes after us got their food, and we were still waiting 40 minutes after ordering I went to the counter where the waitress was understandably stressed but very rude, telling me it wasn’t her fault and they didn’t have enough workers. If it wasn’t for the fact I had already paid, we would have walked out long before this. I waited another 10 minutes until the waitress waved us up to ask us what we ordered. I couldn’t believe she was actually asking me this. I told her I wanted my money back. Had to wait another 5 minutes for a manager to come up to give me my money back. One hour after ordered we finally walked out, without our food. Very terrible experience.

I would give them a -4 star, if I could. We were passing through at lunchtime thinking this would be a great place to stop. The restaurant was very clean, but this didn’t warrant the bad service and cold food. We waited over 15 minutes for our food. We asked a waitress when it would be coming out. She walked over to the food warmer and pulled it out, it had been sitting there the whole time we were waiting!!! It was cold, subpar, & unsatisfactory!! Our food was so grim it should’ve been remade! We also noticed that a majority of locals seemed to know that staff and we served shortly after sitting down. We felt as if we were not the important customers. We will not be returning to this establishment until a new franchise owner takes over. Frank Hardee what were you / your team of professionals thinking when this place had its last corporate review?? We were warned about how it would take an hour and the food would be cold, but I didn’t believe it to be true. Unfortunately it was in our case.

Worst fast food experience ever. The employee that took our order didn’t know how to work the machine. Monkeys could have done a more efficient job. The manager is incompetent and has no business running the place. We waited over 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries- they offered no apology and compensation for our inconvenience. If you are on a time crunch take my advice and go somewhere else

Was the first person in line in drive through-ordered 2 hamburgers and chicken strips. We waited 30 min and had 3 people get their orders and leave before I went inside to get my money back and they still didnt have my order ready . There was fries and papers all over the floor behind the counter. Definitely not as good as it used to be when Dale had it!

I drive a truck, I parked my truck at the fuel station and walked to Hardee’s in the rain (no problem). I went in to order my food and get back onto the road, as I was at the register inside they told me there was no indoor dining and refused to serve me. My options were to stand in a line of vehicles in the rain or to leave and go somewhere else. I chose the latter of those options and I will not come back. I was able to order food there 3 times in the past 2 weeks without issue, kind of disappointing.

Wanted to treat my granddaughter for lunch.Not a long line but wIted 20 plus minutes. I can get by the wait, as I know places short handed. But the fries they gave us were obviously old and re fried. They were so crunchy , and greasy it was ridiculous.

We order one combo at the drive through and she gave us our total without asking if there was anything else. Then when we told her there was more she let out a big sigh over the intercom. When we order our second combo she told us it was going to be awhile. It was only 8:00pm they don’t close til 10:00pm and the parking lot was empty.
