Their biscuits when fresh are absolutely amazing! The double sausage egg biscuit is absolutely incredible. I wish I got that every single time! Like, for real, it’s 5 stars!!
We had to wait 8 minutes today for fresh biscuits and it was well worth the wait.
The only thing is today I ordered the omelet biscuit. I regret doing it. It was horrible.
I would give The Omelet Biscuit a one-star my biscuit was not fresh. Because it was close to 10:30 I will give them the benefit of the doubt and just hope it was an off day for The Omelet Biscuit, but I’m never ordering it again ever.
My husband got the double sausage egg biscuit, and his biscuit was amazing it was fresh, and him and I shared. I will never get The Omelet Biscuit again. I’m giving five stars because I know their food is good, and I just got a bad omelet biscuit. I’m going to include the picture of my omelet biscuit.
Customer service here is always great. Everybody is so wonderful and accommodating. I do recommend coming here. I honestly wish they had better deals for their lunches, and I had come here more often.

For years I have eaten here 3-4times a week for breakfast. I have stopped. At least one of the biscuits are stale and hard from sitting under heat light . I eat at other Hardee’s and smaller towns and do not have this problem the biscuits are always fluffy and fresh. I’ve started going to McDonald’s now in Kansas City.

Look the lady at the counter was real nice but the cook in the back was a total jerk and he’s cussing and ranting and raving you shouldn’t have people like that working and establishing if he doesn’t want to be here and finish his shift up you can find somewhere else to go I’d be glad to work here

Ordered the “BIG” hot ham and cheese combo. First it did not have much ham on it at all I could have just ordered a small ham and cheese and paid less. Secondly it was cold not even slightly warm! Definitely disappointed bc we drive 30 miles to eat there!

Everyone always looks busy but doing nothing. Ask a question they get an attitude with you and you get an old stale biscuit for your breakfast. Temps and shelf life times need to be checked. I will not be returning to this location because every single time, it’s 7:30am how is the food older than earth itself! And stop adding water to the gravy, it has no flavor.
