Shout out to Hardee’s. I haven’t been there in over a year. Went through the drive thru for breakfast this morning and I was pleasantly surprised. I spent no longer than 3 minutes in line and I was behind 3 other cars. The food was hot, fresh and my order was correct. The employees were kind and friendly wearing their beautiful smiles . I haven’t had great service like that for a very, very long time here in Mobtown. Keep up the fantastic work & y’all have an amazing weekend

The two orders I placed with my family were totally messed up. Had to go back in and request to get them done properly. Food was good, that was the saving grace, but we spent time waiting while they figured out what they did and what should’ve been done wasn’t 5 mins.

Hello, this is Patricia and I just want to give Hardee’s 4 stars because honestly, I’m so grateful it’s still open and that we have it, but I almost didn’t even get to try it because I drove up and thought it was closed! There was no one in the parking lot, and the drive-thru was empty, and I thought, “Well, here we go again,” because it feels like every time I try to get something from a fast food place, something goes wrong. Like, the snow is bad, and the roads are horrible, and the city barely clears anything, so by the time I got to Hardee’s, I was already frustrated just from driving on icy roads—Moberly really doesn’t do a good job with snow removal, and it makes everything harder, including getting food! But anyway, I was about to leave when I finally saw a car in the drive-thru, and I thought, “Oh, thank goodness it’s open!” So I pulled in and ordered, and the staff was nice, which I really appreciated because, you know, sometimes the service can be a little slow but that’s honestly not their fault, especially when they’re probably understaffed. And I get it, I really do. It was just so quiet there and I was a little worried, like, “Is everyone okay? Did they close early? What’s going on?” But the food was good, like always—nice and hot and fresh, so I’m grateful for that! I know some people might say, “Well, Hardee’s isn’t the best” or whatever, but I actually love their biscuits and gravy and the burgers, and it’s a solid place when you need a quick meal. But the whole experience was just… I don’t know, confusing, and I really hope the place can stay open because, honestly, not many fast food places around here are always reliable anymore. Last time I tried to go to Burger King, it was closed, and that really bummed me out. So even though I had a little bit of doubt when I pulled up, I’m glad I didn’t leave because it was actually good, and I’ll probably be back, even though I was frustrated from the snow and everything. So yeah, Hardee’s, thanks for being here! I just wish the roads were better and there were a few more people working, but you’re doing your best and I appreciate it. I’ll be back, but let’s work on those roads, okay? Thanks!

Came to Hardee’s this morning for breakfast, ordered 2 biscuits and gray and an order of cinnamon raisin biscuits to go. The biscuits and gravy were amazing! When I got home( I do not live in the moberly area it just happened to be the closest town with a Hardee’s) and saw my order of cinnamon raisin biscuits I wasn’t very happy, they were hard and had no icing! I would post a picture of what they looked like but it’s not giving me the option to do so!

I ordered a musherman Swiss with extra mushrooms. I also ordered a grilled cheeseburger.
The Mushroom and Swiss look like someone stepped on it. It was about a 1 inch thick. The grilled cheeseburger had the cheese was not melted at all and was tasteless and cold. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. At any Hardee’s in the US

Terrible service and this is the way my food came. Looks half eaten and cold. Asked for extra egg got one little piece. I normally wouldn’t say anything or post a review, but my service was so bad and my being the quality and half eaten is ridiculous. This place is going down hill.

We arrived for breakfast…the place was empty except for one guy.It took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that my friend and I were standing at the counter..we were looked at by several employees but not a word said.the manager finally came out from drive thru to fix an order and sharply said”I’ll be with you in a minute he continued to fix drive-thru orders..a few minutes later she came and took my friends order and then walked away again.she came back a few minutes later and took my order after being told I needed to order.we received our food quicker than we got acknowledged. Our food was thrown in a bag and handed to us because she never asked if it was for here or to go..we sat at a table..my friend went back to get butter and jelly..she waited 4 minutes for someone to come to the counter and was told they don’t have butter or Jelly. Our food was low grade.The hash browns were rubbery. The ham was unchewable..the eggs were cold and rubbery…I will say the biscuits and gravey were decent. we were highly disappointed. The staff was not friendly at all. Also observed the staff grab hash browns with her bare hand and throw on a platter when we went to the counter to get condiments.

Well maintained and clean restaurant. Staff very friendly and the food came very fast and hot. I like Hardee’s brings the food right to your table. My meal in the photos cost $9.89. I would eat here again. They always have some deal to save you money.
