Went in for breakfast and they was out of everything. It is poorly managed and ran. They should just go ahead and shut it down just like the rest of them.

Ordered regular cheese burger and monster burger curly fries. Buns were hard and dried out. Soggy bacon. Burger patties were good though. One curly fry was hot the rest were barely warm. Fast service. Need to fix the drive-thru pavement.

Super fast- went through drive through just 2 minutes after ordering on the app. I had my food in under 3 minutes which is super fast for Hardee’s. They did forget to give me napkins though for a messy sandwich.

Ask for fresh fries not ones sitting under heat lamp the person taking our order and told the cook and the cook said no. Fries were cold bun was hard and stale the hamburger was cold and dried out. . I made an app order. We got there 10 minutes before it was supposed to be done. The boy at the register was super sweet. Told him I figured it wasn’t done yet so he got my cups and I got my drinks while we waited. What I can assume was his manager was bagging my food, right behind him. He told her I was there, she smiled at me.. I waited 10 minutes for my food while her and the guy in the back were flirting and trash talking so bad that I had to pull my phone out so I could zone them out. I went to the counter as the girl walked right by me. Didn’t acknowledge me or wasn’t paying attention cuz she was too focused to her scolding the young man who had been cleaning the lobby while her and her “friend” were chatting about things that didn’t belong at the work place. Like the guy in the back was just following her, crumpling up napkins like he was doing something. When she turned around and saw me she asked if I needed something. Yes. That’s my order. Oh I just finished it. I watched you bag it. Then slide it under the shelf and talk to your bf in the back, then walk all around the lobby. 3 minutes is a long time when you’re hangry. Then she began to scold the young man “Why didn’t you tell me the online order was here” so I proceeded to answer for him. He did right after I walked in. Oh I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to him was her response. Cool I spoke for him. She continued to chew him out while I left. I could see her through the windows. Honestly she should be fired. If that were my son… different outcome..anyway. We left. I hope the young man finds a better work place that really appreciates his work ethic.

Hardee’s food has really gone down hill. Buns are dry and fall apart. Not just this Hardee’s. Staff was polite and served us well. Clean restaurant as well.

Sad to see they no longer have grilled chicken. Mixed results when we have stopped at this Hardee’s. This latest visit was one of the good visits. Service was friendly and quick, and the french fries were fresh. The only real negative was that the chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. Our last visit was much worse. Went through the drive thru, and the lady came across like we were bothering her. We ordered both burgers with no tomatoes or ketchup. We were told ketchup did not come on them. We reiterated that we needed them without due to a food allergy and was told again that it won’t be a problem as they did not come with it. When we got home 20 minutes later, both burgers had ketchup. I paid for a burger that I could not eat. This was not the first time we had issues with our order here. I have found to be extra careful with what I order to make sure I can eat it.
