The management here is absolutely terrible. I witnessed them mess up 4 orders in a row and throw away my coworkers food while he was eating it because they gave him the wrong burger. Amber needs to learn how to be less rude and learn to talk in a more respectful manner. Great food but overall terrible service.

It was the worst service I’ve had in my 55 years of life. The woman was absolutely hateful, not once but 3 times. Then on top of that she didn’t make my food correctly. A wrap is supposed to be wrapped, not open like a taco and barely even had sauce. Never will I return. She needs fired

All the other stores in Joplin closed, it would be nice to be able to order with the app and use rewards here at this location. Wendy’s at Pilot allows this. I know this can’t be a thing with Love’s since McDonald’s in Neosho has their app available. It’s 2024. Let’s honor some deals here. I feel it should be a requirement to do so anymore.
So, every bag and drink tells you to download the app for rewards, even Google Maps, it says Hardee’s order in the mobile app. Yet, they do not honor it. How is a Hardee’s franchise able to choose to refuse to get with the modern ages?
Frisco sandwiches are supposed to be toasted bread, that’s just greasy butter melted bread.
Would be nice if their food was hot and not cold. There is no excuse for freshly prepared room temp food.

I really hate the fact that they no longer serve roast beef or curly fries anymore. Why?!! This location is at a truck stop, so the area is pretty busy and crowded. Not the restaurant itself, just the area. The food (what they still serve) is good every time, and prices have always needed to come down. Especially if you’re going to be getting rid of all your popular things that set you apart from others!

Just came through the drive through and ordered 2 combo meals and the lady taking the order never asked what we wanted to drink. I figured we’ll she just forgot so when I got to the window I told her I would like dr peppers. She proceeded to tell me good thing since I can’t read your mind. I told her that she never asked about my drinks and she told me that was not her job. Rude and unprofessional.
