The past 3 visits I have had at the Trenton Hardee’s has been amazing! Their etiquette, manors have been superb considering in the past. I have no idea if this is under new management but, I will be visiting more often! As I used to cringe going through Hardee’s drive thru!

To start this off place is not very sanitary looks like they haven’t cleaned the dining area or tables. Then we ordered are food in let say the food was over cooked, dry and old fries and onion rings that was part of it then the western burger is a joke old rings and under cooked patties. Pretty well a disgusting experience for the money you spend here.

Came for dinner. Asked for a plain burger for my son and it come with everything on it. They remade it but the patty was raw. I ended up giving him the one with everything on it. She did end up bringing a fresh one. I think my main issue is more that the ceiling is leaking water, ants everywhere and all the surfaces are gross. I wouldn’t recommend this place personally.

Menu is not correct. Asked they had to ask someone in back, probably newer. Place was empty at Rush. Out of products No ice cream. Was given a dry roast beef wet bun. Had no cheese to substitute. Wanted a beef and Cheddar. Will try again as some times things are unavoidable like deliveries and such. Different menu items maybe different outcome.

The day shift is great! Love getting breakfast here however, dinner? Yikes! Poor service, cold food, and sloppy presentation. Not sure why there is such a dramatic difference from one shift to the next. Would love to see some improvements.

Absolutely awful service. In fact, never got any service. The woman behind the counter never turned around to acknowledge us. As we were waiting the people in front of us turned around and left without even ordering, then we stood there for probley 15 or 20 minutes. No way they didn’t know we were waiting but the staffade a point to not even turn and look at us. They didn’t say word to anyone of the customers standing in line. Even when a clearly voiced that it would be nice to get some service we still ignore. Don’t know the names of any of the staff on shift cause I never saw their faces. But if I owned this store I would be firing everyone on shift at 8:30pm on 5/17/2025.

We use to eat here almost every day sometimes multiple times a day, ever since the little gal that was manager left this place is totally disgusting! Windows are all milky tables were nasty the main counter was gross. The food stinks they hardly put gravy on my order I had to ask for more, we will not come back, McDonalds, sonic, Taco Bell, Dino’s will be our place to eat. We figure this Hardee’s will go under shortly!
