I usually come here every weekend for breakfast to get the day started. Utterly dissatisfied by the service this morning. I ordered the Loaded Omelette Biscuit to discover this… Not to mention, I asked for a styrofoam container, like what the breakfast platters come in, and the shift lead mentioned to the employee at the window “Next time tell them we are out so we keep the line moving.”
Dude at the window was nice and tried to help me get my items, but it wasnt enough to save the overall interaction.

I stopped by the Hardee’s on 3rd Street in Lee’s Summit around 9:20 PM, and the experience was great. My fries had to be made fresh, and the employee named Cash let me know it would be about a 10-minute wait — then he even upsized my fries to make up for it. He had an awesome attitude the whole time and gave excellent customer service. The food was hot and fresh, and everyone was friendly and quick. Exactly the kind of experience you hope for. Great job, Cash and team!

Manager was rude this is the 3rd time I’ve had a bad experience But after making online order .Started walking to be told by the boss. I was told Hardees has nothing to do with online orders. Still not to be refunded ……
It would be nice to Get a comped meal. I’m already out 50 at least still waiting.

Regular issue when door dashing. Not sure why the door dash stickers are stuck to the straw hole. Straws are too flimsy to pass through left over residue. Adds a nice paper flavor to a sprite. Then once you do attempt to get the sticker off, the lid breaks apart.
Sticker doesn’t come off very well & a new lid is needed.
I think I’m 5 of 5 orders where my drink is a disaster upon arrival.

Karen makes our day every-time. She is so kind and full of positive energy. You can tell she works hard and the staff keeps the restaurant clean. The biscuits are so good here and are always consistent my partner LOVES loaded omelette biscuit with extra cheese and meat.

The worst food ever! Everything was cold and hard as a rock, like it was reheated in the microwave and left out. Check your food before you leave the drive thru. I think I’m good on fast food for now, I’ll cook at home. Because service is getting worst and I don’t have money to waste.

I went here today and ordered 3 double mushroom and Swiss burgers with a large curly fry. I only received 1 double and the other 2 were singles and the fries were cold. I tried to call to try to get refunded the price difference and no one answers the phone. I tried calling twice.
