I loath making reviews when I don’t have something good to say. I love Hardee’s mushroom and Swiss burgers. I made a special trip yesterday into Cape Girardeau to get them. They were advertised at $6 on the Google search. They ended up being $10. That’s fine. But the girl serving me was rude. The mushroom and Swiss burger I ate didn’t taste like the one’s I was used to eating at Hardee’s in Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois and other places. I really wish I had gone through the drive thru. I would have missed the ‘ you should be lucky if I don’t screw up your order attitude.’ I’ve spent many years in the restaurant business as a line cook and a manager. So I tend to give workers the benefit of the doubt and a pass when I think they’re having a bad day. I’m grateful they’re are other places in town that make a good mushroom and Swiss burger.

Tacos was so greasy that I couldn’t even eat them. Rhonda took them back to the counter and the lady said that they’re always that way. Finally they agreed to exchange them for a fish sandwich. The fish sandwich was fresh and hot and had a good taste. Some employees was talking about their personal home issues and problems

Absolutely terrible experience. We sat in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, and when we finally got our food, the order was wrong. No apology, no urgency, just slow and careless service all around. If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely won’t be coming back to this Hardee’s

I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this was a very bad experience. We set in the drive through line for over 45 mins, not exaggerating. We finally got our food and my monster biscuit didn’t even have sausage in it. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HARDEES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!

I arrived at this Hardee’s location to place a breakfast order. The clerk was waiting on an elderly gentleman who had a pronounced hearing problem.
He placed his order, had questions and wanted to continue engaging in pleasant conversation . She was very patient answering his questions and making appropriate responses that had to be repeated multiple times because of his difficulty to hear her comments.
She would glance and make eye contact with me to acknowledge she knew I was waiting to be her next customer.
I appreciated that she was being gracious and aware of the man’s intentions to be a pleasant customer. Her conduct was professional and a good example for the other members of her team.
Oh yeah, the biscuits and gravy were delicious as usual .

Food was 3/5 not cold but not far from it place could have been cleaner. Ordered from the breakfast menu and an orange juice which she forgot to give me so both of those would be a star off each.In the fountain area the machine was actually damaged so that makes me think minimal care is given anywhere in that place.

Ordered from the mobile app. Order is supposed to be ready at 9:08. It is now 9:35 and I’m still in line. Still waiting…. Vehicles are not moving. Not happy At 9:40 finally got food. Food is cold. The receipt was printed at 9:13 that says it was done.
