HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every employee there seemed to be annoyed to be working. The kitchen had a “glitch” and lost our order. We weren’t told about this after waiting 20mins for our food. When asked for the refund the manager “Danielle” was pissed off we asked for our money back. I used to love Hardee’s but will no longer be a customer.

This place here has friendly staff. My food was very good my first visit. My second visit my order was a little wrong but still the food was good. They offered variety not just burgers. They have fried chicken also. Apple pies are good.

Around 6:30 or 7:00 on Wednesday night I stopped in to get a few roast beef sandwiches. The girl who took my order was absolutely delightful and the cook came over specifically to ask if I wanted extra horseradish since I had said I love horseradish while I was ordering. It meant so much to me to have such great service as well as kindness and good food

I love Hardee’s maple biscuits I often get them with egg and sausage. With a couple of extra maple biscuits for later. Whomever was making the biscuits this particular morning they were fluffy and looked just like the menu picture. But I went another day and I could tell it was a different baker cause they were hard and they just clumped the icing on the biscuit. Very disappointed

The people were amazing!! We didn’t talk much because they ran out if biscuits and they ran out of gravy as well.. I posted the video because I’m upset they will not refund or replace my food at all they said they never talked to my mom when she called in and told them because man scapping pennies to eat ain’t fun and when you get crap g.food on top undone biscuits and cold gravy on my loaded omelet biscuit and my biscuit and gravy I’m just upset they acted that way and I just moved back to town

We saw a parking lot full of cars and were hesitant on visiting this location but we decided to eat breakfast and walked in and our order was as taken and we were served within 2 minutes. Very fast service and all of the workers seemed to take pride in having food ready and out quick for breakfast. Thank you.
