Came in drive thru after another terrible wendy’s experience and the experience here was like night and day. Immediate response from the drive thru, friendly people, food made fast, GOOD food. A pleasant reminder that fast food service can still be nice at night. I hope everyone on that shift has a wonderful and easy rest of the night

I frequent the Hardee’s on mid rivers mall dr, often and am never dissatisfied. Everyone is so nice, but Angie goes above and beyond!!! I went today and I didn’t have enough cash and told her I would get my debit card out. Before I knew it she had taken cash out of her own pocket and made up the difference. She is amazing

On 2/17, I went to the mid rivers restaurant. It took 30 minutes to get my food and this was at about 10:44am. Montrail, I think was his name, didn’t pay attention to me when I was ordering inside. And the person, I think her name was Cassie, wasn’t even in the back. She was on her phone. So, it took forever to get my food. This lovely lady named Angie, I think, apologized for the inconvenience of me waiting so long. She also made sure I had all my food. I do hope the lovely lady, Angie gets a raise.

Food: chicken sandwich was good and chrispy but lacked and kick having just pickles and mayo. Fries were cold.
Service: why can’t fast food get workers or instill in their workers a positive attitude? Worker at the drive through window was not friendly at all and appeared upset to have to wait on anyone. He also handed out my food and closed the window before returning my credit card. Don’t know it that was on purpose or an accident but just saying….

On 2/20 at about 2pm I visited the location on mid rivers today with my friend and we went through he drive through I ordered the chicken strips meal and while asking for dipping sauce the lady on the speaker was very rude. The most frustrating part was when she said and I quote “ if you want every sauce why don’t you just say that” absolutely unacceptable. And when we placed a second order for my friend it was obviously an inconvenience.  Asking anything else after everything we ordered in a very rushing manner especially when we ordered strawberry shakes. The young man Kade at the window was very apologetic when i told him how rude she was. We asked for a manager and he said he was one but was only 2 days in and that Angie (the rude lady) was the manager there. We didnt want to address this with her as she clearly wouldn’t help. Kades attitude was clearly directed at service and he will turn out to be much better at service then existing manager.

Went through the drive-thru at 6:45pm on 1/14. I received my order and my wife checked the bag as I pulled away from the drive thru. They had forgotten our large fry that we ordered. I parked and went in and received no apology for the mix up. I observed that they needed to drop a new round of fries before they could give me the fry they had missed from my order. Once the fries were ready I was met simply with a “here you go” as the person working handed me the fries in a small bag. When I got home my burger was inedible as it was burnt on the edges from a dirty grill. The fries were also inedible and tasted as if they had not cleaned the oil in a long time. Very disappointed in my food quality – especially since we had 2 burgers and 1 fry for $16. The burger and fries both tasted so bad that we threw them out.

Many fast food employees, like most Americans, are barely getting by. I have two kids (11 and 14) and we eat out far more than we should. Over the past six months, one thing’s been constant: a lack of smiles, a lack of patience, and apathy toward customers.

Do you know how rare it is to walk up to a counter and actually get a genuine smile with a chipper “Can I help you?” It’s not the norm anymore.

Then I walked into this Hardee’s. A young lady named Ajee saw me come through the door and immediately greeted me with a huge smile and a sincere “Can I help you?” I was so taken aback that I smiled back and said, “Now that’s an awesome smile!”

After she took my order, I asked for the manager. The manager came over looking a bit worn out, and I told her that someone needed to know how awesome Ajee was and that she deserved recognition.

The manager smiled, gave Ajee a high five, and they were both beaming.

Ajee – don’t change. As you get older and take on other jobs or roles, your personality will take you as far as you want to go.

UPDATE. Whoever is responding for Hardees…what’s wrong with you? Not a single response on the topic of my review or even confirming my appreciation for your employee. Just join us on social media? Go talk to your boss and ask them why I responded this way. You completely missed the point of my review.

Admittedly I am not a regular Hardee’s customer even though one is less than 5 minutes from my house. Today all I ordered was one regular hamburger. The quality of the burger was terrible. It wasn’t the flavor which was fine, it was the bun. This thing was either sitting in a warmer for a long time or it was over microwaved. I suspect the latter. The bun was crisp as could be could be and flaking apart. It was just bad. Stale maybe?

And I acknowledge that beef is at record highs but to charge $3.19 for a single little hamburger, not a 1/3 or 1/4 lb Burger is still pretty outrageous. That’s about a dollar more than McDonald’s I believe, for a lower quality product

Awful, sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and barely moved. Got up to the ordering station and sat for 10 minutes, told repeatedly to wait. Cars behind me honking and yelling like it was my fault. Thought if I wanted to get in a fight I’ll go to Waffle House. Last time for this place
