For $30 I could’ve gotten better quality and more food from somewhere else. My burger had mayo on it even though I requested no mayo and my fries were soggy and lukewarm. The service was also so-so but half an hour before close I understand the workers being tired and less friendly. I will think twice before coming again.

Myself and my boyfriend were there to get lunch. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes while 3 workers did not acknowledge our presence. We weren’t upset, but pretty disappointed in the lack of hospitality and service. We were not served and walked out.

Ordered their chicken sandwich meal with no lettuce and curly fries. No lettuce, but also no condiment or tomato and it was cold. Cold regular fries when I ordered curly fries. Have yet to get my order the way it was requested, and that’s been consistent over the last 3 years. Won’t go back.

Took over 30 minutes for our food and only one other man up at the cash register waiting on his food. He asked for his money back because of the long wait. My husband asked for cheesy fries with no bacon. When he got them they had bacon and he told the shift manager and she took them across from check out and proceeded to pick the bacon out of the cheese, without gloves. That is not sanitary. We spend a lot of money there every week and the service today was awful!!!!!!

31 dollars for hockey puck sausage sandwiches, and the hash rounds were hard as bricks. The older lady working drive thru seemed to hate her job.. the coffee was horrible, and might I add the sugar packets were dirty and ripped. We will starve next time before spending a dime there.

Burger was cold and had a piece of plastic on it. So glad a kid wasn’t eating it because they could have choked to death on it. Not a lot of concern when I called until I explain this to them. For the same amount of money you could go to Golden Corral and have a real meal.

This location gives Hardees in general a bad name, mornings are good. But evenings are awful. Being asked to pull up when you are the only person in the parking lot, much less the drive thru, just to give them good times is bad enough. But NEVER getting orders correct is another thing entirely. Tonight we ordered a #2 & #3. We get all the way home to discover we had 2 Friscos. Then we go back up and stated not our order. She said she got orders mixed up (remember me stating we were the only ones there?) and took a bag off counter and said this is yours. Got home to rubbery mushrooms (no gravy at all) very old and cold fries. I should have kept the Friscos. Absolutely horrible.
