Very clean dining room. Staff (Haley) exceptionally helpful. My food order was correct and nice and hot. The music was also very welcoming. A senior citizen coffee discount was offered as well. I have only great things to say and to top it off, they even fly an American flag outside! I would return and recommend this Hardee’s.

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months since I started a new job, and Mike has been awesome the whole time. He’s always quick, attentive, friendly, great with people. I honestly thought he was a manager, watching him help new coworkers and support the other staff. Food is always good, people always friendly. I’ll be back, often.

Drive thru was steady, and for the first time in a while I was sold on a combo breakfast sandwich with strawberry lemonade. I believe the lady who gave me my food was Natalie and the cashier was Dave. They were thorough and kind. I will be back for more!

I have eaten food occasionally on my commute from the drive thru but today was first stop to eat inside and it was awesome. Clean and well maintained!! Awesome Christmas decorations and the workers were friendly. Glad I stopped and actually went in. Great job!!!

Went for tacos today because I haven’t been in a while and I LOVE their tacos. Spent nearly $13 on 4 tacos and a medium drink, that was with a $4.38 discount and the tacos are puny and pathetic. What happened? These used to be so much better than Taco Bell and now they are worse! So incredibly disappointed!

Came in for my lunch. Michael and the female, I believe Jenny. Helped us promptly and made sure we were taken care of. The few times I have visited this location the team is always positive and welcoming. The lobby is clean and the food is always fresh. Thanks for the great lunch experience!

First and last time coming. I come into an empty dining room at about 5PM. It looks like everyone’s closing up, and the floors are being mopped around me. I ask if the store is about to close, to which I’m told no, but after the fact, the cashier started venting to me about having to work a double shift while I’m trying to order. I order a three piece chicken strip meal, which was bland and unsatisfying. The chicken was not at all like the picture. It wasn’t crispy, and the taste just wasn’t there. I’d say they tasted like they’ve sat there for a while before I got them. The fries were just OK. While I’m “enjoying” my subpar meal, I have to deal with that same cashier then pacing back and forth through the empty dining room in front of me, and just overall making my experience an uncomfortable and unwelcoming one. Worst of all, the food, as unappetizing as it was, left an aftertaste of grease in my mouth, which I now have to wash out. I don’t know how it’s so hard to mess up chicken strips, but they did it. I thought I was being adventurous and trying someplace new, but Hardees can’t make it over the very low bar that is chicken strips. My “adventure” was that of misfortune, for I now regret taking my time to dine here.
PS. The name “chicken strips” on the menu is a typo. It really should say “chicken slop”, as that’s the way it tasted.
