I have Celiacs and they are always very accommodating when I ask them to change their gloves when preparing my meal and even ask specifics like if I would like a fork or extra napkins since they know lettuce-wrapped burgers are a bit messier to eat. The awareness and sensitivity to details in regards to my dietary restrictions are what I appreciate so much. It’s the little things like that that make all the difference in my dining experience.

1 star because i can’t go lower. This place never has ice cream, tea, and their dr pepper tastes horrible. My food had hair in it (not surprising the cooks don’t wear hair nets) and there’s so much lettuce in my burger that you can’t hold it. I’ve tried giving this place an unbiased opinion 3 or 4 times now but this was the last one.

Went to Hardee’s this morning and my gravy was runny and the food cold. The general manager had two people working in the kitchen and two people working up front and she was in the back as well. The food honestly not worth eating.

Me my dad and my brother were going to stop by Hardee’s on our way home from my grandmas house. At 7:05 there was no lights on no parking lot lights, marquee lights on. Did you guys change your hours we just went to Mc Donald’s across the road!

This was the absolute worst bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich I have ever tried to eat. I took 1 bite, spit it into a napkin, and threw it away. Save your money.

Took over ten minutes to kind of take my order. One person working the back, one on window and the manager standing around by the counter talking to people. Finally the girl from the window comes to take my order.
Me: I will have five beef tocos soft shell
Employee: do you want anything else
Me: a large drink
Employee: you can put your card in
Me: (after putting card in to pay) this had to be more that $3.24
Employee: oh did you want something more
Me: my five tacos
Employee: oh I didn’t hear you
Me: then why would you have ask if I wanted something to drink.
I ask her to cancel the order and ring it up as one but she refused and said I would have to buy the drink and then buy the tacos.
If your customers are not important enough to wait on them or listen to your order you don’t need my money.

Great experience every time! At times they seem short-handed and it can take a few extra minutes but the food is better than expected and the service is always good.
