Don’t get me wrong. I love coming here to get me something to eat, but I have nothing positive to say because it’s 630 and no one was there. I’ll drive up to the drive-through the window was open. I said hey are y’all open? No one said nothing you guys need to do better. I work at a restaurant too and I understand, but this is bad for business to have the drive-through window open and no one’s there or there were people probably there but no one said anything when I pulled up. I understand that trying to find people to work as hard in today’s world, but please do better.

Went there while on vacation. Arrived at 945 pm. Two guys working inside. Stood at the counter and was completely ignored for over 10 minutes. One of the workers walked right in front of me to give food to a drive thru customer, but never said a word. Finally gave up and just left. Came back next day(mistake) and ordered a Frisco burger. They did not butter nor even grill my bread. Was stale pale white sourdough that seemed two weeks old. Place is a joke.

My curly fries were fresh & perfectly cooked. The Mushroom & Swiss burger was ok. The bun was a little dry like maybe it had been frozen before. The diet coke was good (some other restaurants are not a good mix). The outside of the restaurant seems to be in a state of disrepair. They were working on something in the back so hopefully that will improve. The customer service was good. The sweet lady that waited on me was friendly & professional.

My son and I went in to use the bathroom and grab some food. Both bathrooms were nasty and there was food in the men’s urinal and toilet. Floors were so sticky, building in rough shape and has dim lighting. Was not greeted by employees and was given a look of annoyance from the one up front. We stood there for 5 minutes and still was not acknowledged. We decided to leave and go get food elsewhere.

Christy, the morning manager, is such a kind, hard-working leader. This is my return passing thru review. I erased my last 5 star review to re-write a new one. McD’s across the street has poor service. And then I remember coming here. I usually do McD’s, not no more. Hardee’s gives you 2 sausage egg sandwiches for $5, and they truly are better than McD’s. Hardee’s is my new full-time breakfast break in my travels. I was waited on in less than 1 min. served in less than 5 minutes. With cars in the drive through. Now that’s leadership

I’ve been very disappointed with this Hardee’s a few times before but tonight was finally the last straw… they served me the hardest fries I’ve ever seen in my life completely not edible! I would have gone back up but by the time I get there it will be breakfast. I will definitely never be returning to this location! They also didn’t mention that they were out of milk for the ice cream until after I was already paying at the window…

Food was okay. Food wasn’t put together well, just kinda thrown together and in the bag. But absolutely rude person over the speaker. They need to update their speaker system Bec it was clear the person couldn’t hear but was getting aggravated with us Bec of it. It’s not our fault u can’t hear us, we r speaking clearly and loudly and had our car off and there wasn’t even wind. Then the window is held together by duct tape. Whoever owns the building should be ashamed for not u keeping the place.
