Drive thru- The guy handling my food ( Robert on cashier recept.) at the window looked very unkept and dirty. Grossed me out. Then I got my #1 order. There was hardly nothing on my breakfast dried biscuit and my tatertots were cold and old. I’ll never return and will go elsewhere. I couldn’t eat my breakfast for all the above mentioned reasons. Poor management

Working for door dash we have to be the voice for the customers order. I was given a shake that was like soup. When I brought it to her attention. All she said was “well I put the right amount of milk in it. I said well it’s like liquid. And she still proceeds to tell me she made it the way she is supposed to. Didn’t offer to make it right and just closed the window. Horrible customer service. No I don’t know who she was because she wasn’t even wearing a Hardee’s uniform or name tag. Gray shirt and jeans is all I could tell ya!! By far the worst Hardee’s I have ever visited! I don’t even like accepting orders when I know I have to go there

Ordered two combos and spent $30.00. Was asked if I was interested in giving them a tip while in the drive thru which I declined and was asked to pull in one of the parking spots so they could make my food fresh. I received cold fries after waiting about ten minutes. Best experience of my life!

Food was okay. I bought a loaded burrito and, well, it wasn’t loaded at all. It was just about all egg. And I noticed a girl outside messing with trash bins and bags, smoking on a cigarette, comes inside, doesn’t wash her hands, doesn’t put on gloves, touching everything.. It really bothered me and I was dearly relieved that she was not the one to serve my child and I. Then she goes back outside to change out some signs and as soon as she walks out the door, lights another cigarette and I know without doubt in my soul that she probably didn’t wash her hands when she came back inside to mess with more of people’s food. It makes me wonder if she washes her hands when she takes a dump in the Hardees bathroom. I believe no one was wearing gloves in this restaurant. I’ve worked fast food a lot and I get it. Gloves are in the way and annoying. But what’s even more annoying is wondering if your poopie particles are in my mouth by eating what you touched because you couldn’t even be bothered to wash your hands AND not wear gloves. Please at least wash your hands if you’re going to refuse to wear gloves?
