This particular Hardee’s has always been hit or miss. Mostly miss. On this occasion it was a hit. The drive through was relatively fast. The cashier seemed new but was quick, friendly and smiling. The mushroom and swiss burger had good flavor and was warm. I would have given 5 stars but the prices are high. $8.09 before taxes for 1 mushroom and swiss. Prices are high and climbing everywhere. I will go back to Hardee’s and other places. Just not as often as I used to.

Just stopped by here, stood at the counter for 5 minutes and saw no one so i hollered out “hello” cause i could hear people back there and still no one came. So i left and got in my car, as im pulling out i see a younger guy peak out the door and take his hat off and rub his hair (ewww) and another guy was standing behind him. Im a GM of a fast food restaurant so i get being short handed but this was just horrible. Im really disappointed cause I love hardees and i live 3 minutes away but ill never come back here again. Please do better next time for the customers that will come back.

Service here has always been mediocre. But today they attempted to charge me for the wrong item and then offered no solution when I said the sign says $3.00. Still tried to charge me $4.79 instead. When I asked to change my order I was then told I would have to wait eight minutes for biscuits because they ran out. They still serve breakfast for 45 minutes….

This Hardee’s is a nice fast food establishment.
In my experience the staff is always friendly, polite, and prompt. I’ve never dealt with anyone unpleasant.
The dining area is modern, comfortable, and clean. The inside is quiet and calm from the times I have eaten inside.
The food offering is varied enough for a fast food restaurant. While the food has not always been at 100% to my liking it is most often at least at 80-90% good.

I have visited this location in the past numerous times. I always expect to wait a little while, which is fine for me. Today, the Window Attendant Holly was very nice and quick on her feet. To the women in the kitchen, keep up the great work my Chicken Quesadilla was amazing. I’m giving this location a 5 star today bc of my great experience today.

Have McDonalds or Hardee’s breakfast every morning. 3/4 of the time at Hardee’s there’s a sign on the drive thru “exact change only” and am told “out of cinnamon rolls”. Seems to always be an employee or two short as the wait in the drive thru line is ridiculously long. I watch peak ole pull out of time all the time. McDonalds had it all down to the science and is always fast. Hardee’s, never! The only positive I can say is the one lady that’s usually always there every morning has ALWAYS been pleasant, whatever the situation or problem/issue is.

Can be a bit on the slow side, especially in the drive thru. I love the onion rings and no one but Hardee’s sells the battered vs. breaded. They definitely have the best bacon Cheddar fries. I wish they would keep them on the menu all the time.

I’ve attempted to order food from this establishment twice. Just looking at the building and the parking lot, let alone what it looks like on the inside. It’s completely unappealing and disgusting.
It’s obviously a manager issue, but also a corporate issue. They need to step in and re-establish this place, because my personally opinion.. Knock it down.
If you don’t have any care for a simple hamburger, such as making it correctly or what it looks like. This isn’t to include the mentality, such as unsafe handling. You cannot honestly expect anyone to think that anything coming out of that Hardee’s in Carterville is safe.
