Food is normally okay, people are nice, but they take forever…. not sure if they’re understaffed still or what but it’s easily a 10 minute wait even if you’re the only person there…. edit because it’s been happening all to much…. look at the photos.. this is literally the breakfast sandwich I received today, just wow… for the price this is ridiculous

The lady at the register obviously didn’t want to be there. Waited forever for a mediocre burger and COLD greasy fries that had been re-dipped in the hot oil to make you think they were fresh. I heard one couple say they had waited 45 minutes. The staff was focusing on drive-thru and not in restaurant patrons. When traveling, I don’t typically stop at fast food restaurants, but the parking lot was full, usually a good indication of good food. Boy, was I wrong! The food was way overpriced for the quality.

I come through Havana often, and have eaten at this place for the past 9(ish) years. Some Hardee’s have disappointed me in the past, but this one never has. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. The employees always go out of their way to be polite and kind. I don’t care what anyone tells me, but this establishment alone makes Hardee’s my favorite fast food restaurant. (P.S. Sorry for stealing a leaf from the tree in your parking lot when I was 5 ).

Had a manager sitting talking to a buddy of his, 1 kid on Frontline that talked so softly I could barely understand him and 1 guy on backline that was just throwing food together. Our sandwiches were cold, fries were cold. The meal was really bad. It seems like nobody cares at that store.
