Went for breakfast this morning $22 for 2 bacon egg n cheese buicuits and two vanilla milkshakes. We waited which was fine but once we got home one milkshake wasn’t even mixed all the way had huge chunks still our biscuits were black burnt and hard they knew dang well when they wrapped them biscuits up they were wrong for that smh worst part is I got them for my grandma on my birthday “happy birthday grandma here’s a burnt biscuit even your dog didn’t want and a milkshake you gotta reblend” .. you’d think with all the recent close downs of Hardee’s y’all would get it together this restaurant meant so much to me growing up and its nostalgic for me but after one to many disappoints I’m just over it especially since I’ve called twice now to correct this issue and haven’t gotten an answer yet

Got breakfast there this morning to go. Had to wait 10 minutes, everyone in the drive thru had to wait. Food was so greasy you could hardly eat it. The sack was even soaked through with grease. The only high point was the girl working the window. She was very nice and polite. Would not recommend eating there at all and won’t be back.

Came through drive thru. Ate in parking lot in my work vehicle. Drink was mostly ice so I went in to refill it before I left. The General Manager told me I couldn’t refill my cup. I could have looked past the cold food, but the poor customer service from the operating manager is really what ticked me off. Worked in fast food most of my life and would never have treated a customer that way.

I went in there a few weeks ago out waiter was Brandi she was polite and very prompt on her surface . The food was hot order was correct nothing to complain about by far the best service I’ve gotten in a very long time . Her counter side manners was fast and friendly service

I went through the drive-thru to order my food, I was asked after I paid to pull forward because they were waiting on fresh fries, after several minutes I received my food and come to find out the fries that I got or not piping hot fresh fries like you would normally get. I’m just a little confused on what happened there. Other than that the burger was fine and as expected.

terrible service waited 20 min for apple pie fries and chicken stripe. then left with food to find out fries cold, returned and told they would make me fresh batch and it would take 5-6 mins. I have 30min lunch. Told them keep them i dont have time for it. They chicken was three pieces about 3in long each 6of them a apple pie and med curly fry and charged $20.83 ridiculous! Don’t go there for sure!

Best fast food burgers around, the $1 taco tuesdays and bag deals are great too. The staff and especially the manager Kelly are always awesome and helpful.
Update 1/18/26 Easily the best fast food in Havana. The staff are all friendly, today Jazzmyn and the crew were on top of their game with great food and service. The new options in the bag meal (Double cheeseburger/ spicy chicken/ ham and cheese/ chicken wraps/ roast beef) are perfect for quick cheap lunches under $10

Curtis at the drive through was a delight. I’m not typically a “review the local fast food place” person, but he went above and beyond. We haven’t been treated that nicely in a drive through in some time. Keep up the good work and keep passing around the pleasant attitude!
