I ordered 2 chicken strip wraps. Basically looked like a very small taco. Wrap was cold. Barely any lettuce on it. The chicken was maybe 2 inches long and wasn’t even warm. It was a huge $8+ waste of money. So sorry, but Dairy Queen is the only fast food in Carlinville that is always good and hot.

I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and I seen small potato wedges bigger. For six dollars you should get what you pay for. Another time I went there I had the breakfast platter and my bacon was black no flavor just brittle nasty bacon. Never again

Service was EXTREMELY slow. Food was definitely not worth the money. I ordered the new garlic cheese fries and I was seriously dissapointed. Picture included to show why. Cashier wasn’t friendly, made no attempts at making conversation, did not apologize for our wait, NOTHING. Will not return.

This place has so much improvement over that last year. The staff is awesome. The food is always hot and so tasty. The managers seem to keep thing flowing so well. Even when I do (on a very rare occasion) have an issue jessica or william always take care of it. Way to ho all of you.

The whole kitchen staff were outside the building smoking cigarettes. Not a single employee washed their hands before preparing my order. My food was delivered and smelled like an ashtray. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. Even better my order was wrong and missing the main component in my sandwich the meat. After several failed attempts I don’t plan on returning to this location.
