Food was great. Mushroom Swiss burger was on point as was the hot ham and cheese. Fries were fresh. Drive thru staff was friendly. We were asked to pull forward to wait for the food but it was brought out very quickly.

Because of the terrible reviews I only trusted them with a couple of no salt fry orders. They did a good job. The fries were made fresh and I tucked them into my puffy coat to get them to my truck still hot in 34 degree temperatures. They were delicious and they hooked me up with some honey mustard. I just wanted to give them a shout out and a good review. You know sometimes bad reviews beat people’s spirits down and lead to more bad experiences! So I’ll say this to the two young men that serviced my order tonight. You got this young men, don’t let them tear you down. You know your hear to earn a check and you know you want to do the best job you can in the process. Keep the place clean, be the person you would want making your food and everything else will fall into place! Before you know it you’ll be in another chapter of your life. Thanks high five!

I got a superstar, this has to be the worst I have ever had at a hardee’s. This burger had so much grease dripping from it, the bun began to disintegrate as a result of all the grease and the condiments began to liquefy. The was a substantial puddle in the foil wrapper it came in. Absolutely no flavor, on the bright side though it’s a $10 colin cleanse

Employees were great. Food was not. I asked for biscuits & gravy. Received 1 rock hard biscuit & a little tub gravy. I had hoped for 2 soft biscuits with gravy on top. The biscuit was so hard that I had to throw most of it away and only got to eat a little bit of the center. First time trying their breakfast, & last time trying it. So disappointed.

The staff are friendly and helpful- they brought my food to my table without me asking for help. I have been using a cane this week to not aggravate the bursitis on my left heel.

Stopped here for lunch to go. There was a large party in front of us with a line so we almost didn’t get anything. The employees were very friendly, communicative and fast! Despite the rush we received our food quickly. Everything was correct and tasted fresh. Thanks!

Brandon and Breanna are excellent ambassadors for the Hardee’s restaurant. We stopped in and they were friendly, efficient and had recommendations for some of the menu items. The double hot ham and cheese was delicious (Smoked ham and Swiss). Great suggestion

They messed up my order in the kitchen. Chase took down my order exactly how I wanted it and repeated it back. The least confusing thing I ordered, a ranch wrap with no ranch. And they messed it up. The kid that came out of the back looked high as a kite, which might be why he couldn’t read the screen. I’m just lucky I don’t have a food allergy and didn’t take a bite because your ranch has eggs.

I was here three minutes before breakfast was over. I was told I could not order lunch because they have a score they have to keep up and I would have to wait and the score for the restaurant would go down because of their timer. They still have to cook the chicken because it wasn’t ready so what was the difference? The timer would be the same. Store more worried about score than customer service. Food was good because it was fresh but service was crap. Also the peach shake was more milk than ice cream. Ridiculous!
