Absolutely terrible food, especially for the price! I’ve only eaten here a couple of times and every time I end up sick. My most recent visit, I was on my lunch break at work and I ordered a breakfast sandwich. When I got back to work and was sitting down to eat, I opened the Frisco breakfast sandwich and there a was very noticeable section of the sourdough bread that was molded. I couldn’t get a replacement or a refund so that was just money wasted. I wouldn’t suggest this location to my worst enemy smh…

Apparently the restaurant was shorthanded (3 people working), but that is NO EXCUSE to carelessly “complete” an order the way that they did. We paid over $20 for tacos and we got about 1 tablespoon of meat in each one. Very displeased. We have filled out comments in the past and have never received a response to them. “Customer service” at the stores and through their feedback website is just horrible. That is NOT customer service at all !! Hardees just keeps getting worse and worse. NO EXCUSES ACCEPTABLE! I’ve worked in the customer service field for numerous years and I’ve always put first that “quality is more important than quantity”. Slow down and do the job right !! Here is a picture of your POOR QUALITY.

We had pretty much stopped going to Hardee’s because it was just overall not a good experience. I’ve got to say, I think they are really working on getting things back on track. I’ve been there a few times recently and the food was good, the employees were well groomed and friendly, didn’t take too long to receive my order and the restaurant looked cleaner. 4 stars only because I’m cautiously optimistic:) They also have the $6 meal which is a bargain these days!
