Sunday morning on Fathers Day with only 1 diner in the restaurant and the biscuits were over cooked and crunchy, and the hash rounds were cold and tasted like oil. The service was great though. I’m guessing the cook just didn’t care.

The Hardee’s in Glen Carbon IL. Is the greatest Hardee’s on earth. There is an older lady that works the drive through. She is the BEST!!!! I mean every restaurant needs one of her. The food is Hardee’s. You know what you’re getting. The service at this particular restaurant is fantastic.

This Hardee’s used to be my go to versus Collinsville but the last couple times we have been the food has been horrible, and service not much better. The lady taking our order in the drive thru was rushing us and told me the total before I was even finished ordering. The food was greasy and cold. Will be going to Collinsville from now on.

It was a shame we had to drive all the way to Illinois from saint louis to get hot food and satisfactory service but it was well worth the drive. I was curious about the burrito so I ordered one along with a Allstar burger combo. Burrito was delicious, rice well seasoned and a healthy helping of both rice and beef didn’t think I would eat it all but I did would definitely go again

This location is always so quick in the mornings! The only reason it’s 4 stars instead of 5 is because they run out of medium cups somewhat regularly and then make you choose between paying for a small or large. Any other place I know, will upgrade you when they’re out if possible since it’s on them for not purchasing what they need. This shouldn’t be a recurring problem.

Asked for A BIG roast beef with horse radish on it there was none on it or any packets in the bag. The roast beef was regular size. chicken burrito had no salsa or cheese in it. Got a kid’s cheeseburger with ketchup and pickles on it, it had mustard on it. Asked for a sweet tea and got regular tea. Got jalapeño poppers with ranch. Got no ranch.
