I ordered on the mobile app today had to wait 20 minutes before I got my food they told me it just popped up on the screen the crazy thing about that is I asked a woman about my order and she went up to the lady that was making the food and said mobile order is here and that’s when they proceeded to make it and then the big lady that was wearing a black T-shirt had a attitude and she’s nasty she was scratching on her hair and rubbing her mouth and touching on people’s food they try to lie to me and told me that they made my food fresh and well done I took pictures and it’s not and I added extra cheese not shredded but swish and a side of bacon and they gave me raw food and an attitude the loves itself is fine for the most part I never stop here but the Hardee’s is completely unacceptable I will never go there again and you need to work on getting better employees that wash your hands every time they touch their face and hair and they’re messing with people’s food luckily another lady made my tater tots she tried to say that she was being polite but she was being very condescending will never stop here again and eat from this place drivers beware

My family stopped for lunch around 11:30 am. Our service was friendly and quick. Too quick. The fries were very old and cold. The “toast” on my grilled cheese burger was literally frozen! The entire burger was cold. My child’s burger was also cold. The cinnamon roll was rock hard with zero frosting on it. I have previously had wonderful food and service from this location so I was very disappointed it was this bad. We did not receive a receipt. And this was just a brief stop off the interstate, no returning. Threw the entire meal away and had to buy a second lunch somewhere else.

Got the double Frisco combo and LOVED it!!! Bacon makes everything better. The employees were friendly and the service was quick. The Hardee’s is also right next to Love’s gas station so you can get gasoline and good food all in the same place. The fries aren’t as good as the burger but they’re still tasty. Just make sure to use ketchup.

Was disappointed to learn that I can’t use my app rewards at this location ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️ I do not live near a Hardee’s so I was excited to have it. It was located in a gas station/travel/truck stop. Food was still delicious and probably won’t have the chance to have Hardee’s again for like a year. Would have been nice to use my rewards.

Burgers had meat patties colder than the tomato lettuce and sauces inside. Burgers also had horrible presentation with the buns completely slid off the meat and fixins. Not good folks!
