I used the drive through and ordered a Frisco burger, a Hardee’s favorite of mine which was delicious as usual.
I was waited on by the very friendly Elexys who repeated my order back to me to confirm it. She was so pleasant!

Really disappointed. The fries were cold.The bun on the burger was warm and the burger and bacon were actually very lukewarm at best.I should have taken it back.But my grandson started eating it. Obviously didn’t kill anyone or make anyone sick.It’s just hot food is what you order.And definitely wasn’t that so rather it’s a bad night or whatever it just wasn’t a good meal.

I ordered on the app & went through the drive thru. The employee told me to pull over & park. I asked how long it would be since I had a meeting to get to. I was told they were bagging it then. I waited 20 minutes before going inside to get my order. I waited in line behind about 5 people. My order had been sitting waiting in the bag on the shelf. The employee retrieved my food, handed it to me & said “sorry”. That was the same employee who had told me they were bagging my order up 20 minutes before.
I stop here 1-3 times per month. This was the worst service I’ve received. I am hopeful this will not become normal.

Poor management. There is only two two people working and they are both focused on drive through orders while walk ins are ignored for ten minutes or more. I have been there more than 6 times in the past several weeks and it’s the same treatment each and every time. The absolute worst management ever.

Ordered a famous star large combo. The fries barely filled half the large size box, the amount i would expect if ordering a medium size. They weren’t in the bag, I checked. Those two on the napkin was all I got over in the bag. They were cold and soggy when I’m eating 5 minutes after ordering. Ridiculous to serve this to someone when they paid for a large and expect fresh food. Burger tasted okay but was freezing cold too. No wonder it was the only restaurant with barely any drive through traffic out of the 8-9 in that one-block radius.

We just went through drive through on 2/2/2023 and the manager on duty Maryanna refused to take our order because you guys are offering a 4 for 6 deal and that’s what we wanted. We didn’t tell her that and because we did not she decided to start rambling on about for now on we need to tell her or she will charge us full price because now she has to rering the order. If you don’t wanna work in fast food then find a different job. No wonder your guys parking lot is always empty.

Genuinely worst sandwich I’ve ever attempted to eat. Entire order reeked of fish, and the chicken tasted like fish. Hardees doesn’t have fish, so why’s it smell+taste like that?
The mayo on top was congealed and almost completely solid, while the mayo on the bottom was normal.
I took two bites before throwing it out. I eat like garbage all the time and even I couldn’t eat this.
