I ordered 2 sandwiches and was asked to move forward in thr drive through to save in time per the employee. I was asked to pull forward when noone was behind me to “save on drive through time”. I received my food and it was clearly pulled early and cold due to the rush to bring down drive through times and was treated poorly because i did not move until my food was served. And because of that it was cold…very professional. What else did they do to my food???

Friends and I were catching up for maybe half an hour after finishing our food, quietly and respectfully when the cashier walked up and told us we needed to leave because we had been there for too long. Being coming down there over the past 20 years this is by far one of the worst years dealing with Hardee’s on this side of town the manager, I guess his name is Ray. He lets only one man come in the morning and sit the whole time for coffee and Hagler the employees How I know this is because I was outside waiting for them to open for the drive-through and he was already inside asking for coffee as well as the following day go inside in a lady in uniform that they said is Ray‘s wife came down there while I was eating my Frisco milk. I watched her make six tacos as well as walk out with two bags of food. She does this on a repeated basis as well as Ray has his son working on the clock and playing with Legos and blocks in the corner yes, please run the cameras back so you can see all this over the past few months. I was out there one day and he didn’t notice he came to the job with close to a 2 foot sword, trying to show off and brag to the employees I do not see how he is. The manager does not wash his hands after coming back from the bathroom or after cleaning the back area you can check the cameras wife’s comes in whenever she wants and goes right in the back and makes her own food. I’m pretty sure that is not the way that this corporate works as well as comes in and talks to the employees. The way she wants in the reason is how I know this because I almost have lunch here every day. It’s a lot more things that go on Definitely needs to be under investigation.
