I’d like to thank the lady working the window today 10/23 at 1:00. I’m running behind but stopped to grab food quick as I was starving. She asked me to pull forward as they were making fresh chicken. I gave a little push back (again, as I am running late) and truly did not have the time to wait. (Definitely my fault, and I give her kudos for handling my push back so well). She advised to me she will try her best to hurry as they are short staffed with a lobby of folks. Fast forward to the excellent customer service side of things. Not only was it quick, she RAN my food out to me. Not only did she not have to do that, but she also was not rude when I gave push back regarding the wait. We need more people in customer service with her attitude! Thank you for being an amazing human

I went through the drive thru around 9:30 this morning and ordered an omelette biscuit sandwich. I was the only person in the drive thru at that time. I pulled up to the window and waited for almost 20 minutes before anyone even came to the window to take my money. I mistakenly didn’t check my food before leaving because I was in a hurry to get to work after waiting that long in the drive thru. I get to work and finally look at my food and I was given a breakfast burrito. I tried calling the phone number provided on Google and it’s “temporarily unavailable” how convenient. Incredibly disappointed with my experience

We not only love the food, but the service is beyond reproach. Every Sunday we visit before church and Debra is always uplifting. I love the energy she bestows. Every time she fills our spirit with her presence. I hope it’s contagious. Our society needs more people like her.

They forgot my biscuit with my breakfast platter. I couldnt even eat all my platters bc I had no biscuit for my gravy with platter. Only offered me free biscuit next time I go there. Well that dont work because I would have to order another breakfast. I should of gotten a replacement breakfast platter

I had the absolute best experience when I came here tonight. Not only was my food hot fast and delicious the manger Chrissy who took my order provided me with I would say was hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had at any establishment Ive ever been too . So not only was my food hot and delicious and fresh I enjoyed my dining experience just all around because of her. Its incredibly hard to get good customer service anywhere you go these days so I wanted whoever to know how amazing this lady was . I will definitely be returning to this location because of her. Someone give this woman a raise. What a great experience.

I stop by Hardees for breakfast three days a week and don’t usually have any issues. This morning however, I put my order in on the app (soda and cinnamon biscuit) and when I arrived I was asked to pull forward. I’m not sure what takes so long to put a biscuit in a box, but I’m patient, so I did what I was asked. When my order was brought out I checked the bag to make sure it was correct. The biscuit had a dollop of icing the size of a quarter! I felt cheated as the icing is the best part. When I went in to ask about it, the employees said they were out of icing. I would’ve ordered something else if they had said they were out of icing.
