Stopped in around 6:30pm. Just two girls working and they were doing a great job. The floors were freshly mopped and bathroom looked clean. My order didn’t take long and everything tasted great.

My parents and I were on our way home from the hospital in Peoria and we were hungry. Went through the drive through and ordered our burgers, fries and a shake. The burgers looked like somebody sat on them and they were cold, as were the fries. My dad did enjoy the shake. Won’t go back!!

I’m from the Quad City’s and I just had the best roast beef sandwich from this Hardee’s.
And it’s been a long time since I had anything good from Hardee’s!
And the only reason I gave you a four stars is because the curly fries were cold, but ladies your service was rock solid!!!!

There are three people working here this morning. I arrived at 10:00 and people kept on coming in. Even though wait times are a little bit longer than what some people are used to and a few people were complaining, these three were working very quickly, very efficiently, and was actually getting the orders right. They were even adaptive in their roles to what was needed at the time and took care of it. There’s no possible way with all the people that kept coming in, as well as a drive-thru, that they could have moved any faster. What I saw here this morning was peak performance by all three employees. It is truly a rare sight to see, especially in the younger people who are naturally lacking in years of experience. Very well done.

Hardee’s in Knoxville Il is always good. The service is second to none! Today my biscuit was starting to get a little hard, but other than that it was good as always. Dave keeps his store clean an efficient.

Walked into hardees this morning first thing I noticed was they had 5 of every sandwich already pre-made sitting in the warmer. I thought to myself I wonder how long those have been there? I was hungry and in a hurry so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered my loaded omelet biscuit. He grabbed one from the pre-made pile and stuck it in the sack. I again said to myself ” great” as I was in a hurry I left and headed down the road. I opened up my bag looking forward to how great hardees biscuits are. I immediately could feel the biscuit in the wrapper was not warm at all. My heart sunk. I also could tell the biscuit was hard as all get out. Once I open the wrapper I could see the biscuit was over cooked and hard I could not even bite into it. I was very disappointed I had to throw away the top of the biscuit as it was inedible. And the egg was rubbery By this time I was on the highway a mile away and could not return the biscuit. I’m very disappointed as I know how a hardees biscuit should be as along time customer. I get it if your busy you might pre-make a couple of biscuits but it was just me and 1 other customer in the building

Came to hardees to charge up my stuff. Afternoon employees did a great job keeping the restaurant clean and I found her name was Sammy. She was cleaning tables and mopping made the whole restaurant smell really good i didnt want to leave. So thank you Sammy for making hardees safe for covid and customers that come to dine in. Your boss ought to be proud of you.
