Stop on my way in to work. Order the #4 asked for extra onions, extra pickles, light on the mayo. I get to work, look at the burger and ask my self why did I pay $18 for this sad excuse of a burger.

i had a great Frisco sandwich today! it was hot and tasty. My hash rounds were very fresh also. The soda was spot on for flavor and carbonation. They were busy and the cashier was friendly at the window and I received my order quickly! GREAT JOB guys and thank you for the wonderful customer service

Had literally one decent priced meal, the tenders for $6. Went again and now it’s over $10. Still had $6 on the menu and told them that. “It was promotional and ended before Christmas.” I’ve been getting that meal for the past year and it’s only worth the $6 for three tiny tenders. No reason to go back now, might as well eat out for $10+ a person.

Customers inside. We were asked to hold sat there for 15 mins. After ordering we waited about 15-20 I get our food and drive the 5 miles home. All sandwich’s are hard and cold 4 total. Is it policy to serve day old food for the meal deal or what? So disgusting. I don’t even want to eat this or a replacement meal entry to call up there to get my money back but the won’t even answer the phone. It’s just absolute incompetence at this point.

These guys put a regular Patty in my Angus mushroom burger.
It really ruined it.
They should have been responsible enough to tell me that they did not have any more of the Angus patties. It was like getting a regular hamburger from McDonald’s shouldn’t have had to pay $9 for it.
I posted this review yesterday and got a message from the owner who had obviously not read my post. He said thank you for enjoying your visit. No stars now.
I would not go back to this place because I don’t trust them. They put things in your bag that are not what you bought.

The service was autonomous and barley able to be considered human let alone friendly. Most offensively was the gall they had to charge $9.00 for this pathetic excuse of a breakfast. The sandwich was as big around as a coffee cup and barely taller than a couple pancakes. Disappointed in how far this establishment has declined. Obviously will not be coming back.

Way over priced for what it is. Get a better meal for less at many of the restaurants in Milan. The product just isn’t worth the cost. I will give them props for achieving some of the thinest slices of tomatoes that I’ve seen. The workers are nice here and this review isn’t a reflection of them.
