I get breakfast multiple times a week and they have gotten so much faster. Food is always hot order is usually accurate and staff is always friendly especially when im there in the morning. From what I can see in drive through its gotten alot cleaner.

I went to Hardee’s today and I had their big hot ham and cheese, it is probably one of the best items there and the cook cooking the food does such a great job, I can tell he really cares about what he does and makes sure the customers are always satisfied. Went to this location’s drive thru after doing some business in town. We ordered a Frisco specifically and were given a Super Star. While the receipt did say Super Star, we advised that she has ordered a Frisco and that the person had misheard her when she ordered. They quickly rectified this issue and provided us with a Frisco.

Husbands burger was good. Hardees burgers are always good its the people making them that screw them up I find. I ordered chicken tenders and they were delicious. Our fries were barely warm though and I know that everyone wants to charge for every condiment now but giving a person two small sauce cups for five large tenders is nonsense . Maybe if I ordered the three piece or it was nuggets but your portions are by no means nuggets so five pieces should have at least three sauces. You give out stacks of napkins a day that people throw away without using so maybe keep more napkins and give out more sauce???

Last week, my family and I went through the drive through and I ordered a Frisco combo. I was given a cheeseburger of some sort but we were already on the interstate by the time I realized it. I didn’t call and complain because I didn’t care enough. Today, while I was out and about, still craving the Frisco, I went through the drive through again
I got the right sandwich but I ordered the peach tea and was given peach lemonade. Don’t get me wrong, the peach lemonade is great! But I wanted tea. The breadon my sandwich was not toasted much if at all.
