I was very disappointed with my visit here. The customer service was terrible no smile, no friendly tone, and I honestly felt unwelcome from the start. My burger was made poorly and had absolutely no flavor. For a place that should focus on good food and hospitality, it completely missed the mark.
The only positive thing I can say is that the place looked clean, but that’s not enough to make me want to come back.

My day got so much better when I went through drive through and was greeted by a smiling and pleasant young lady I believe her name was Katy. My order was correct and hot! Very pleased, the communication between them all was all enlightening great team work. Manager on duty was Lloyd so great to see teamwork like that. Definitely be back!

I never get the fries but today I decided to get them couldn’t even eat them very unpleasant after taste . But they never go wrong with my tenders and i thank them for that. . The apple pie’s were delicious I wish I would’ve gotten more.

I don’t get food from this Hardee’s very often because it’s further from my home than I would prefer. However, every time I do get it, the food is better than most of, if not all of the other typical chain fast food places near me.

I ordered a Frisco burger and this is what I received instead. I’ll let the pictures speak for me. The next morning I go back up there to show the managers what I was given the night before, and they tried to give me some free food for compensation. That’s just not right. I will not be frequenting this establishment anytime in the near future.

Decent Hardee’s. Food was cooked perfectly and service was fast and friendly! A little dirty inside and the sandwich was flat, but the indoor murals set a nice ambience.
