Hardee’s is okay at best, but there are plenty of other fast-food options that are a better use of your time and money.
The menu feels very similar to Jack in the Box, and if you’re expecting favorites from their sister company Carl’s Jr., like the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, you’ll be disappointed it’s not available.
The staff setup was honestly the most entertaining part of the visit. One person running the register, another standing next to them repeating the order, and a third telling the cashier which buttons to press. Funny to watch, but not exactly efficient.
Overall, it’ll do in a pinch, but it’s far from a first-choice fast-food stop.

Only reason this got 3 stars was the staff being awesome and helpful.
Soda machine tasted weird, other customers noticed and said something as well, Ice didn’t work in machine either. The chicken strips tasted like they were old and just re heated. The fries were great, hot and fresh.

I would like to thank the staff for giving me a hot meal, which is usually an issue with Hardee’s. I also enjoyed the good attitude from the workers. I will definitely return to this restaurant knowing that I can count on these good people.

If I can give this location 0 stars I would. While I was waiting to place my order the manager was bulling the girl at the register so much she was in tears. Three other customers had to tell the girl it was going to be ok. Regardless if she had been there a while and had messed up there is 0 reason for a manager to make her cry, especially in front of customers. If she is having a bad day or is not performing, maybe let her go home. Here is no need to bully her that way.

My first time eating something from Hardee’s. Asked for fresh/hot fries. Did not get them fresh or hot! I heard the cashier/counter person ask the female working the cook area for them to be fresh/hot. She said something to him that I didn’t hear. Obviously she didn’t make them fresh/hot! Maybe she said “they just came out.” Maybe sitting out for 5 minutes or whatever time it was is hot enough for her…but it wasn’t for me. It was lukewarm so nasty tasting! Chicken tenders were good enough.
She didn’t seem cheerful. Maybe she wasn’t a fan of working on Christmas day and now…I’m not a fan of eating at Hardee’s again! Merry Christmas anyway!

I usually come in during late hours due to working night shifts, no issues. Love the night shift crew. Always friendly, energetic, and never fails to put a smile on my face.
Yet, today, on my day off, came in to get some breakfast, and it was an entirely different mood. Everyone seemed irritated even though there were definitely more people on morning than nights, seemed rushed to get me out the door. I guess I’ll take this experience as a sign to only visit the night shift crew, yikes.

I ordered a chicken sandwich. It looked good at first glance. I was hoping it was a real chicken breast. It turned out to be a processed piece of so called meat. It was kind of on the rubbery side. I couldn’t finish all of it.

Why does Hardee’s mess up chicken tenders so bad they always taste like they cook it in old dirty oil and they always leave it in there for about 10-20 minutes to long. I got the chicken wrap today there was not chicken it was more like a crispy burnt wrap so gross.
