If you’re going to charge almost $5 for a 3-piece chicken tenders don’t give me the scraggliest looking tenders you have….and if all you have are scraggly-looking pieces, give enough to equate to 3 decent sized pieces. If I opened the box and found at least 5 of these then I wouldn’t complain. I didn’t expect such subpar quality from Hardee’s. These lackluster tenders combined with the fact that they couldn’t even make the burger I ordered leaves me with a deep dissatisfaction of my Hardee’s experience.

Food always fresh, taste is good. Restaurant is clean. Never had issues with service. Hardee’s menu is great. They are always trying something new. It may not always be a hit but it’s different. Sure glad they are in Round Lake area.

They are the only restaurant around that 99% of the time gets our order right. We have severe food allergies in the family, and they are great about accommodating it. The food is great tasting, people are polite and know us by name. Love going here and will continue to do so.

I had to downgrade my original review. Service has dropped to a unacceptable level so I stopped wasting my time here. Too many wrong orders. On my last visit I caught the employee closing out orders before providing the food and then they forgot what I ordered and they have my food to another customer. I walked out that time without my food. There are too many other good places to go for burgers.

One of the few restaurants that offer grass-fed beef burgers. Everything is cooked to order. Last visit, even freshly cooked French fries. Good menu selection and is a bit different than the standard faire of other burger chains. Friendly and efficient staff.

The lady at this location was outstanding! Super kind, fast and friendly. It was 23 degrees below zero and she told us to stay as long as we needed to warm up. Went out of her way to be kid friendly to my granddaughter. Im sorry I can’t remember her name….

Love the food, but not a fan of the female night manager. Very rude when I asked why I was charged .80 extra per burger for extra mushrooms when every other time I wasn’t. I should have been informed I was being charged that much before I went to pay.

I had the unfortunate opportunity to try this location in a quest for the all new 1/3 grilled cheese bacon thickburger. A burger that the company shows on the front page of the website, including a video too. Employee Susan either doesnt care to inquire and shoves a normal bacon thick burger into the order. I find it hilarious you advertise something your employees have no CLUE exist. Avoid this disaster of location, I will update if anyone decides to contact me back.
