Wow one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had! The lady taking our order was so sweet!! Fast friendly and affordable!! We got so much food for less than $25!! You guys try the blueberry biscuit!!!! You will not regret it!!!! SO GOOD
Got a message to click a link to discuss further. The link doesn’t work. These people really need to be investigated.
Terrible experience at this Hardee’s tonight. After counting down the miles for HOURS, looking forward to that Mushroom’N’Swiss goodness we can’t get in Carl’s Jr land, West of the Cascades, I rolled in at 10:16pm. The guy behind the counter, we’ll call him Rick,(that’s what the receipt said his name is,) waved his arms and said, “we’re closed!” Now, the internet said they were open ’till 11, & the sign on the door says their holiday hours are “24 hours”. So I went next door to the truck stop side and the lady working the counter over there makes an announcement, “customers, you have 12 minutes to get your orders in at Hardee’s before they close.” Another guy piped up before me and she was surprised to learn they had already closed. She got that aw-hell-naw look on her face and went over there and said *something* to the Hardee’s folks, then she reappeared and said they will take two of you. So I went over to the Hardee’s counter and ordered a Mushroom’N’Swiss, obvs. The guy in the grill says they are closed and he can’t make that. So I ordered a Frisco instead. Now it’s been a while since I ordered a Frisco, but I’m pretty sure the bun is supposed to be buttered and toasted, and the meat is supposed to be hot, not cool to the touch. Speaking of NOT COOL, serving people meat that has been sitting around CAN KILL them, right @MTHealthDept?
Moral: figure out your hours and stay open until you close.
I worked fast food, I get it, but y’all are fixin’ to kill somebody.
I received a generic email from Hardees the week of 12/1/25 saying that some one would reach out to me about this issue. And to no surprise they have not reached out. At this point I would be shocked if they did.
Update: 11/25/25
Hardee’s replied to this review with a link below saying they would “follow up.” I filled out the form immediately, including the date, time, receipt number, and my contact information. It has now been over 24 hours, and no one has reached out.
At this point, it feels like the response they leave under negative reviews is just automated — something to make it look like they care, rather than actually address the problem. The lack of follow-through only reinforces the issues I mentioned above.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
The last five times we’ve visited this location, the food has been cold — cold buns, cold meat, and cold fries. We typically stop on Wednesday evenings around 8 PM, and before I’ve even finished paying, our food is already bagged and ready. We live only four minutes away, so there is no reason the food should be ice cold by the time we get home.
It feels like the staff has already pre-shut down the kitchen and is just waiting to go home.
We even tried dining in on a Sunday afternoon to see if that made a difference — it didn’t. The only thing hot were the fries. The burgers and buns were cold again.
I gave it one more chance today and ordered chicken strips with fries. No surprise — cold again. At this point, it’s obvious the food is being cooked far in advance so they can hand it out quickly, regardless of quality.
I don’t know if their equipment is broken or if they simply don’t care, but we’re done taking the risk. We’re not playing E. coli roulette with under-temperature food anymore.
It’s a great place if you’re looking for a wild experience! They stare at you blankly without saying a word, they swear the whole time, you’ll need to repeat yourself multiple times even if it’s a simple order. I’m convinced they don’t understand you because half of them were high including one worker rambling a billion words a second and getting loud like he was off in his own world! They will try to convince you not to order certain simple things even after you paid! When you do eventually get your order, you’ll see that they put no effort into making it at all!
It was also super great seeing them smoke out the drive thru window! Very professional! 🙂
So yeah, I’d recommend this place for the experience, I wouldn’t recommend actually spending any money there though.
