The young man that took our order was great. Very courteous and helpful. Our order arrived with only a couple onion rings and we were told more were coming. Finished our meal and still no rings. My husband went up and there was NO ONE at the counter. For 5-8 minutes he waited. We finally caught the attention of a girl and she was very sorry, but seriously, that should have been handled.
Another item that needs attention and should have been delt with was the cleanliness. Floors were sticky and dirty and tables needed to be cleaned instead of the employees disappearing into the back.

My Grandsons & I had spent a few hours at Billings Clinic & were starving!
We were on our way back home & the boys suggested this place over McDonald’s.
We ordered a Mushroom Swiss combo, a Bacon Cheese combo & a regular Cheese combo.
The wait was a little longer than expected, but the hamburger was one of the best I’ve had. It came to the table piping hot, was grilled to perfection, had large dill chips & just the right amount of condiments. The fries were ‘to die for!’
Talk about giving fast food high marks. I was only able to eat about a quarter of the combo & the remainder was eaten several hours later. The burger was nuked, the fries heated in the over & it still tasted GREAT!!
HIGHLY recommend…

Was at the drive thru. Placed an order that i thought would be quick and easy. Paid for food, then sat and waited for 20 minutes. Just drive off because i got tired of waiting. Had the receipt, tried calling the number to get refund just to find out the number doesn’t work. Called customer service and complained about it. They said i would get my refund plus two free meal vouchers. That was almost 3 weeks ago.

Burgers good but floors dirty and sticky. Beverage area had spills and unsweetened tea tasted old and off flavored. Napkin dispenser was empty. Young staff accommodating. We were there 5:30 pm Sunday night so perhaps they hadn’t had a chance to catch up.

My friend and I had ordered 3-piece chicken tender meals. Paying for 3 meals, the employee who took my card gave me a look like “how dare you exist in my presence”, not saying a single thing through the whole window interaction. Both of the chicken tender meals consisted of 1 normal sized tender (tasted really burnt), and 2 tiny, burnt chunks of breading. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Don’t eat here, you’ll regret it.

We came on a Sunday evening. There was 1 person waiting for their food ahead of us. 30 minutes later, we got our food finally. The lettuce was old and gross (I literally spit out my first bite it was so gross) and the fries were cold. I heard the employees laughing in the back about how funny it was handing out messed up orders. Will never, ever visit this Hardee’s again.

About 3 people working in the place total. Nobody washed their hands after handling cash, credit cards, touching their phones, playing with their hair, etc., and then touched our food. Disgusting. The food for 5 people was definitely not worth $54!

Their chicken strips are the BEST! However, the staff is quite often preoccupied and do not properly fulfill orders. I’ve been through here a quite a few times just to get the chicken strips). Last two times they missed items in my order and had to go in and tell them that they totally forgot to fulfill one whole order! This last time was the straw that broke the back! They were so chatty that they forgot one of our 5 piece chicken strips order in total!

Horrible. Waited for 20 minutes for a small sandwich to go. The employees were slow and unknowledgeable. The sandwich itself was mashed up. Later, it made me sick for hours so obviously it was contaminated and unclean. I feel extremely miserable thanks to that place. My advice is save yourself the trouble and stay clear.

Part of my order was a Spicy chicken sandwich. The drive thru person said to pull forward because the cook is making my spicy chicken fresh BUT when I receive my order – they forgot my fries and the lettuce in my spicy chicken sandwich is OLD and BROWN. Thought the cook made it fresh; I guess not.
