This Hardee’s was one of the few fast food restaurants in Fargo that I was not disgusted with. The people seemed pleasant and very clean cut. The food was delicious and not sloppy restrooms were even super clean and tables were nicely wiped down and I did not feel grossed out at a fast food for the first time in Fargo in quite a while. Very impressed with This establishment and the employees. Thank you all for a great experience.

Ordered on the app. Went to pick up order and was told one item I ordered was out of stock. Asked for the other meal and was yelled at asking if I want the empty crossiant because they didnt have anything to put on it, no egg, no bacon no sausage no ham, being extremely rude. My order has still not been refunded 6 days later and the manager says he can’t help as I ordered online. Laughed and hung up on me. Extremely rude and unprofessional experience both times ive had an encounter with this location.

The gal working drive through and taking orders is always so kind and gives service with a smile. Rare these days. We had a pleasant sit in breakfast today.

Pull up to drive thru at 10:03 am.one car in fr9nt of us. 2 cars get their food at drive up they pull away. Car in front of us still waiting to order. We get to speaker told to hold a moment . Ok no problem… 18 minutes later I said “hello”..just one more moment please I hear come back at me… finally get to order at 10:23. I tried to order a sausage biscuit. ” I’m sorry we ate completely out of biscuits ” um… ok. 2 cinnamon raisin biscuits extra icing. Omg if they were not hard and dry from being baked to many times. Hardly any icing. That was the biggest waste of our time. Truly dissatisfied. Unreal. Oh get up to the window…3 girls standing around laughing… one person cooking it appeared.

Everything we got was gross. I sent a letter to the manager, but never heard a word.
I will never go back
I have noticed that if you leave a bad review its basically a copy & paste answer with just the person’s name actually put in.
But if you leave a good review, then they ask you to join rewards program and get specials.

The drive thru was easy to use and the staff were friendly.
The Original bag food combo, Small, was good for the price, along with the Ham and Cheese sandwich. For a total of $15.

Stopped here on our way through North Dakota. While ordering our food the casher didnt bring up a meal deal that would have saved us money on our order! Its was a few bucks so nota huge deal. But when we requested ketchup for our meal the manager made a huge deal over it! Telling us “they dont just give out ketchup packets, and if we were regulars we would know that!” what kind of responce it that? So dont expect ketchup with your meal……
Then after all that the food wasn’t that good! Which I normally love Hardees, but it might just be the employees at this one!!!!

Kayla was only one working up front and drive thru. No one else was helping. I ended up putting in an order online while standing in the restaurant. As soon as order was put in someone from the back asked us for our order. Restaurants need front staff. Not everyone wants to walk into a restaurant and order ourselves. I would have cooked at home. It would have been faster and cheaper.

Went through drive through and Lex was so kind. She answered my questions was clear when speaking. She made sure to ask if my order was complete, she didn’t assume. At the window she greeted me with a smile and repeated my order. We made small talk and she was very genuine. If everyone at this location was like her I would go out of my way to go there.
