I ordered a small combo meal after 10:30 AM. Molly, Caley, Tristen, Maria and Matthew were helpful and polite. They made sure my order was fresh, fast and correctly made as I had made slight modifications to the burger. They are a wonderful crew and wished me a pleasant day.

This location is just terrible constant miss every single time. Out of all the times I’ve been here only TWICE was my order correct every single time since then they make it wrong or give me the wrong items or forget items. No longer gonna be supporting them my family and I are officially done with this place. They lost my business.

We stopped here via drive-through this Easter morning, and the gentleman who took our order was so great! He greeted us warmly and updated us on the status of our order (fresh biscuits). Ditto for the woman who handed us our food. Lovely experience all around, thanks for brightening our day!

Kids meals were missing apple sauce. I asked about it and they said they didn’t have it – sorry. No partial refund. No substitution. Just you’re not getting all the food you paid for – tough. Also, for what it’s worth, the floor was sticky and there were a bunch of unwiped tables.
Update – went back a year later and the food was good, the place was clean, and the staff friendly. But they did run out of ketchup. We each got one packet and then had to eat the rest of our fries dry – although they did apologize and offer any of their other sauces. But overall, it’s probably worth bumping up the original rating.

Okaay here i go , im a foodie like foodie foodie! I never have been so disappointed.. Went to order our meal tells us they are out of curly fries okay than no biggie. So I continue to order . Get my food . My chicken was so small I had to check to see if it was even in there. There was no mayo , no pickles, chicken must have been sitting for a while no crunch it was dark so guessing dirty fryer oil. I went to the front n they go oh we are out of pickles too. So why not tell me. So I could of ordered something different. Fries were literally end of the bag size nothing but crumbs. Only thing on point was their peach lemonade .
Definitely will be skipping this Hardee’s in the future. Which sucks cuz its only fast food between our destinations.
